Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na uprošćeni postupak proizvodnje ugljeničnih blokova, a posebno anoda vrlo otpornih na termički šok, predviđenih za elektroličku proizvodnju aluminijuma, po Hall Heroult postupak. Ovaj postupak sastoji se od operacije kojom se podešava granulometrijska raspodjela veličine zrna ugljeničnog sastava, a koja se sastoji od a.) separacije određenog početnog ugljeničnog sastava AC u prvu funkciju FI, koja se sastoji od zrna veličine manje od X i drugu funkciju F2, koja se sastoji od zrna čija je veličina veća ili jednaka X, a X je između 0,2 i 2 mm; 2.) dobijanje BI prve funkcije FI i jednog dijela PI druge funkcije F2, tako da se dobije prah F koji sadrži kontrolisanu proporciju ultra finih zrna; c.) miješanje ostatka P2 funkcije F2 i popmenutog praha F u proporciji koja omogućava dobijanje sirovih ugljeničnih blokova, u kojim odnos naznačen kao Gr/S između proporcije PGr zrna veličine veće od 0,3 mm i proporcije PS zrna veličine između 30 milimikrona i 0,3 mm iznosi najmanje 4, i pečenja ugljeničnih blokova velike gustine.
