Abstract

The device contains apparatus for water electrochemical decomposition and hydrogen and oxygen obtaining hydrogen and oxygen pipes 10 and 11 with control means connected to the mixer 17 as well as a burner 29 or burning chamber. The mixer's 17 outlet is connected to the complementary device having a set of flow eddy and collision chambers the form and dimension of which provides the formation of mixture molecular compound HxOy into them, where x and/or y are different of x=2 and y=1. In the hydrogen and oxygen mixing zone it may be forseen the space filled with a compound which can came into reaction with hydrogen and/or oxygen.The device allows to achieve a flame having 5000°C-6000°C and more.
