Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, şi anume la transmisiile planetare precesionale. Transmisiile, conform invenţiei, conţin o carcasă (1), în care sunt amplasate o roată satelit (2) cu două coroane dinţate conice (3, 4), un arbore cu manivelă (5) şi două roţi dinţate conice centrale fixă (6), legată rigid cu capacul carcasei (1), şi mobilă (7), legată cu un arbore condus (8). Conform primei realizări a transmisiei, angrenarea dinţilor este executată cu contact convex-concav al flancurilor dinţilor cu diferenţa mică a razelor de curbură a profilurilor dinţilor conjugaţi. Dinţii roţilor dinţate conice centrale (6, 7) sunt executaţi cu profil de flanc curbiliniu cu curbură variabilă cu numărul de dinţi ±1 faţă de numărul de dinţi al coroanelor dinţate conice (3, 4) ale roţii satelit (2), executaţi cu profil de flanc în arc de cerc. Conform celei de-a doua realizare a transmisiei, cel puţin una din coroanele dinţate conice ale roţii satelit este executată cu bolţuri conice cu numărul de bolţuri ±1 faţă de numărul de dinţi al roţii dinţate conice centrale cu care angrenează, totodată angrenarea este executată cu contact convex-concav al flancurilor dinţilor şi bolţurilor cu diferenţa mică a razelor de curbură. Dinţii şi bolţurile coroanelor roţii satelit sunt executaţi cu profil de flanc în arc de cerc.
