Abstract
The invention relates to nanotechnology, particularly to methods for producing nanocomposite layers, and can be used in medicine and optoelectronics.The method for producing CdSe/ZnS/PVP nanocomposite comprises the separate preparation of the colloidal solution of nanoparticles or CdSe/ZnS nanosuspension and polyvinylpyrrolidone solution using hydrophilic solvents: acetone, acetylacetone, mixing thereof, wherein the ratio of CdSe/ZnS and polyvinylpyrrolidone is equal to 1…10, dispersion of the resulting mixture in an ultrasonic bath for 5…30 min, placement of the dispersed mixture, for electrophoretic deposition, in a cell with two electrodes, placed at a distance of 10 mm from one another, one of which is made of glass and coated with In2O3-SnO2 (1TO), and the second - of titanium, supply of electrodes with constant voltage of 700 V for 3…30 min up to the formation of a film nanocomposite on the glass electrode.
