Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul sportului, în particular la metodele de organizare a instruirii sportiv-educative a adolescenţilor.Metoda, conform invenţiei, include un sistem de stimulare premială cu trei nivele, bazat pe rezultatele obiective ale măsurării activităţii motrice individuale, care se determină în timpul antrenamentelor cu ajutorul unui aparat autonom îmbrăcat pe mâna sau piciorul adolescentului şi care măsoară suma valorilor absolute ale activităţii motrice într-o unitate de timp minimum după două axe reciproc perpendiculare, rezultatele fiind înregistrate la sfârşitul fiecărui antrenament în formă de puncte convenţionale corespunzătoare activităţii motrice măsurate, acumulate pe o cartelă individuală cu purtător de informaţie semiconductor, precum şi în baza de date a unui computer, totodată primul nivel de stimulare premială presupune acordarea după fiecare antrenament a unor premii de valoare mică în cazul obţinerii unui număr de puncte echivalent cu o valoare limită definită de puncte, al doilea nivel de stimulare premială presupune acordarea premiilor de o valoare mai mare în cazul obţinerii unui număr de puncte echivalent cu un număr de puncte prestabilit pentru zeci şi sute de antrenamente, iar al treilea nivel de stimulare premială presupune acordarea accesului la Internet şi la jocuri computerizate pentru o anumită perioadă de timp, în cazul obţinerii unui număr de puncte echivalent cu numărul de puncte corespunzător unor perioade de timp prestabilite.Totodată valoarea activităţii motrice măsurată se înmulţeşte cu coeficienţii de egalizare corespunzători grupei de vârstă, genului, masei corporale, stării sănătăţii, dezvoltării fizice, probei sportive.Rezultatul constă în crearea unei motivaţii suplimentare a adolescenţilor pentru activitatea motrică în cadrul antrenamentelor sportive.
