Abstract
Inventia se refera la sistemele de conversie a energiei solare termice, si anume la sistemele de orientare a instalatiilor solare spre soare. Sistemul de orientare a instalatiei solare paraboloidale, conform primei variante, contine un suport (1) cu o parte rotitoare cava (2), pe care prin intermediul unei articulatii cilindrice (3) este instalat un concentrator paraboloidal (4), pe partea concava a caruia in plan perpendicular, la o distanta focala a paraboloidului, pe o structura de rezistenta, fixata rigid pe carcasa concentratorului paraboloidal (4), este fixat un receptor (5) de raze solare cu un grup electrogen (7), totodata de receptor (5) este atasat un reflector (6). Pe partea rotitoare (2) este fixat rigid un disc, pe partea laterala a caruia, pe un sector de cerc egal cu 180°, sunt fixate elemente curbilinii in forma de bare executate din material cu memoria formei de configuratie prestabilita, capetele libere ale carora contacteaza consecutiv cu niste dinti asimetrici, executati pe partea frontala interioara a unui alt disc, fixat rigid pe suport (1). In interiorul partii rotitoare (2) este montata cu posibilitatea miscarii axiale o tija, care prin intermediul unui bolt contacteaza cu o canelura profilata, executata pe suprafata cilindrica interioara a partii rotitoare (2). Capatul superior al tijei este unit articulat prin intermediul unor parghii (15, 16, 17) cu concentratorul (4). In interiorul suportului (1) este plasat un motor electric si un reductor cu o singura pereche de roti dintate, arborele caruia este unit cu partea rotitoare (2). Pe partea orientata spre soare a suportului (1) este fixat un fotoelement. In concentratorul paraboloidal (4) este executat un orificiu pentru patrunderea razelor solare spre fotoelement. Conform variantei a doua, pe suport este montata o cama cu canelura profilata de adancime variabila, in care este plasat un capat al unui tachet, celalalt capat al caruia fiind unit articulat cu o ureche, montata pe partea convexa a concentratorului paraboloidal prin intermediul unei osii. Cama este montata cu posibilitatea schimbarii ei.The invention relates to solar thermal energy conversion systems, namely to systems for orienting solar installations towards the sun. The orientation system of the solar paraboloidal installation, according to the first variant, contains a support (1) with a hollow rotating part (2), on which by means of a cylindrical joint (3) a paraboloidal concentrator (4) is installed, on the concave side of to which in a perpendicular plane, at a focal length of the paraboloid, on a resistance structure, rigidly fixed on the housing of the paraboloidal concentrator (4), is fixed a receiver (5) of sunlight with a generator (7), also by the receiver ( 5) a reflector (6) is attached. On the rotating side (2) is fixed rigidly a disk, on the side of which, on a sector of a circle equal to 180 °, are fixed curvilinear elements in the form of bars made of material with the memory of the predetermined configuration contact consecutively with some asymmetrical teeth, executed on the inner front of another disc, rigidly fixed on the support (1). Inside the rotating part (2) a rod is mounted with the possibility of axial movement, which by means of a bolt contacts a profiled groove, executed on the inner cylindrical surface of the rotating part (2). The upper end of the rod is articulated by means of levers (15, 16, 17) with the concentrator (4). Inside the support (1) is placed an electric motor and a reducer with a single pair of gears, the shaft of which is joined to the rotating part (2). A photoelement is fixed on the sun-facing side of the support (1). In the paraboloidal concentrator (4) a hole is made for the penetration of the sun's rays towards the photoelement. According to the second variant, on the support is mounted a cam with profiled groove of variable depth, in which is placed one end of a cleat, the other end of which is joined articulated with an ear, mounted on the convex side of the paraboloidal concentrator by means of an axle . The cam is mounted with the possibility of changing it.
