Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la traumatologie si ortopedie. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza incizia rectilinie a pielii pe o lungime de 12…16 cm de la spina iliaca posteroinferioara pana la trohanterul mare femural,se sectioneaza pe straturi tesuturile moi, se detaseaza muschii fesieri, se efectueaza evidentierea extracapsulara si ligaturarea pachetului vasculonervos circumflex medial al femurului, se incizeaza capsula articulara, se sectioneaza colul femuralsi se inlatura capul femural, se prepara fosa acetabulara, se fixeaza componentul acetabular al endoprotezei, se prepara osul femural in regiunea proxima si se fixeaza componentul femural al endoprotezei, dupa care se unesc ambele componente ale endoprotezei. In trohanterul mare femural se executa 4 orificii prin care se sutureaza muschii rotatoriscurti, iar celelalte tesuturi moi se sutureaza pe straturi.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics.
