Abstract
Inventia se refera la instalatiile pentru purificarea apelor reziduale, in special pentru separareaprin ultrafiltrare a emulsiilor apa-ulei, obtinute in rezultatul proceselor de degresare, racire, prelucrare a metalelor cu scopul elaborarii ciclurilor tehnologice inchise de utilizare a apei. Instalatia, conform inventiei, consta din pompa de recirculare (1), sistem de ultrafiltre tubulare (2), fixate pe carcasa (3), colector (4) si rezervor (5)pentru filtrat, separator (6), dotat cu racorduride debitare a concentratului (7), de evacuare a fazei apoase (8) in rezervorul sistemului recirculator (9) conectat cu pompa (1) si de evacuare a adsorbantului uzat (12). Totodata, separatorul (6) este dotat suplimentar cu un sistem de introducere aadsorbantului magneto-susceptibil, compus dintr-un rezervor (10) si o conducta (11), care este unitcu racordul de debitare a concentratului (7), executat cu posibilitatea introducerii tangentiale a concentratului in separator (6), un buncar (16), un tambur rotativ (13) cu actionare electrica (14),executat din material diamagnetic, in interiorul caruia sunt fixate niste palete oblice (17) si este amplasata o sarja sferica magnetica (18). Dupa adsorbtia uleiului adsorbantul magneto-susceptibil (19) este indepartat cu ajutorul racletei (15) de pe suprafata tamburului (13) in racordul de evacuare a adsorbantului (12). Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea eficientei separarii emulsiilor apa-ulei.The invention relates to the installations for the purification of waste water, especially for the separation by ultrafiltration of the water-oil emulsions, obtained as a result of the processes of degreasing, cooling, metal processing in order to elaborate the closed technological cycles of water use. The installation, according to the invention, consists of the recirculation pump (1), tubular ultrafilter system (2), fixed to the housing (3), manifold (4) and reservoir (5) for the filtrate, separator (6), equipped with cutting connections of the concentrate (7), the aqueous phase (8) in the reservoir of the recirculating system (9) connected with the pump (1) and the discharge of the used adsorbent (12). At the same time, the separator (6) is additionally equipped with a system for introducing the magneto-susceptible adsorbent, composed of a reservoir (10) and a pipe (11), which is joined with the concentrate cutting connection (7), executed with the possibility of introduction. tangential of the concentrate in the separator (6), a bunker (16), a rotating drum (13) with electric drive (14), made of diamagnetic material, inside which are oblique blades (17) and a spherical wire is placed. magnetic (18). After the adsorption of the oil the magneto-susceptible adsorbent (19) is removed by means of the scraper (15) from the surface of the drum (13) in the outlet connection of the adsorbent (12). The result of the invention consists in increasing the efficiency of the separation of water-oil emulsions.
