Abstract

The invention relates to the power engineering, in particular to the plants for wind-to-mechanical power conversion and may be used for electric power production.The wind-driven electric plant contains a hollow support, a turning head installed thereon, onto which there are mounted on the one hand a vane, and on the other hand - a fairwater, on the end of which there is mounted a windmill with working tools made in the form of hollow cylinders. The hollow cylinders are coupled with the electric drive through the differential mechanism, including a central gear-wheel, installed onto the horizontal shaft placed inside the turning head, as well as peripheral gear-wheels, each of which being coupled with each hollow cylinder. Onto the outer surface of each hollow cylinder of the windmill, along the generating line, there are fixed arched turbine blades, and onto the end faces of each cylinder - disks. The generator is placed inside the support and coupled with the horizontal shaft by the bevel gearing.
