Abstract

The invention relates to mechanical engineering industry and electrical engineering and can be used for pumping friable and liquid media with different solid impurities.The pump is placed in a metal case (1), closed in the lower part with a base (8) with open passage windows and a lower lateral intake port (2). On the upper part of the case (1) is installed a discharge socket (3). The drive electric motor with an external rotor-body (17) with permanent magnets (18) is placed inside the case (1) of the pump with an annular passageway, wherein is placed a screw (7), installed on the outer surface of the rotor-body (17). The permanent magnets (18) are fixed on the inner cylindrical surface of the rotor-body (17). The stator of the electric motor with the windings (19) is placed on a hollow portion (22) of the electric motor shaft, which communicates with a reservoir (5). Through the wall of the socket (3), inside the fixed parts passes an electric cable (25), which supplies the winding (19) of the stator. The hollow portion (22) of the shaft is rigidly coupled with the lower solid part (21) of the shaft, passing through a radial-support bearing (15) with autonomous lubrication system.
