Abstract

The invention relates to the field of information technologies and can be used for the formation of identification tags and creation of databases of solid material resources (both metallic and dielectric). The special feature of the proposed method consists in that in a shell, equipped with a supersonic nozzle, there are installed on dielectric supports current-conducting elements with subsequent explosive evaporation thereof by advancing therethrough of current pulses. Close by the output of the supersonic nozzle it is installed an information matrix. As current-conducting elements is used wire or foil.
