Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnologia chimica a combustibililor, in particular la procedeele de prelucrare a materiei prime ce contine carbon, inclusiv a deseurilor menajere, prin piroliza si gazificarea componentei organice a materiei prime, si poate fiaplicata in industriile chimica, a combustibililor si energetica. Procedeul de prelucrare termochimica a materiei prime ce contine carbon se realizeaza intr-un reactor de tip mina, la care partea de fund poate fi largita. In procedeul de prelucrare se incarca materia prima intr-o camera de uscat ermetica, dupa care materia prima se reincarca in reactor cu formarea unei coloane de materie prima permeabila la gaze. Se initiaza arderea materiei prime in partea de fund a reactorului, in care materia prima ajunge consecutiv in zonele de incalzire-uscare completa, piroliza, cocsificare (semicocsificare), ardere-gazificare, racire. Prin debitarea agentului ce contine oxigen - a aerului si vaporilor de apa in zona de racire se stabileste un flux de vapori de apa si gaz prin materia prima. Din partea superioara a reactorului se colecteaza produsul-gaz, care se indreapta in camera de uscat, iar din partea de fund a reactorului se indeparteaza produsele solide ale prelucrarii. Prin reglarea volumului si vitezei de insuflare a aerului cu abur si/sau a volumului si vitezei de evacuare a produsului-gaz, si/sau a cantitatii de produse solide descarcate ale prelucrarii, si/sau a cantitatii de materie prima incarcate in reactor se mentine temperatura in zona de ardere de 900…1200°Ń, in zona de cocsificare de 850…950°Ń, in zona de piroliza de 550…600°Ń si a produsului-gaz evacuat din reactor de 300…350°Ń. In camera de uscat materia prima se incalzeste pana la temperatura de 200…300°Ń si din ea se evacueaza produsul-gaz cu temperatura de 150…200°Ń.The invention relates to chemical fuel technology, in particular to processes for the processing of carbon-containing raw materials, including household waste, by pyrolysis and gasification of the organic component of the raw material, and can be applied in the chemical, fuel and energy industries. The process of thermochemical processing of the raw material containing carbon is performed in a mine-type reactor, in which the bottom part can be widened. In the processing process, the raw material is loaded into an airtight drying chamber, after which the raw material is reloaded in the reactor with the formation of a column of gas-permeable raw material. The combustion of the raw material in the bottom part of the reactor is initiated, in which the raw material arrives consecutively in the areas of complete heating-drying, pyrolysis, coking (semi-coking), combustion-gasification, cooling. By cutting the agent that contains oxygen - air and water vapor in the cooling zone, a flow of water vapor and gas through the raw material is established. From the upper part of the reactor the gas product is collected, which goes to the drying chamber, and from the bottom part of the reactor the solid products of the processing are removed. By adjusting the volume and rate of air blowing with steam and / or the volume and rate of evacuation of the gas product, and / or the amount of discharged solid products of the processing, and / or the amount of raw material loaded in the reactor is maintained temperature in the combustion zone of 900… 1200 ° Ń, in the coking zone of 850… 950 ° Ń, in the pyrolysis zone of 550… 600 ° Ń and of the gas-product evacuated from the reactor of 300… 350 ° Ń. In the drying chamber the raw material is heated to a temperature of 200… 300 ° Ń and the gas product with a temperature of 150… 200 ° Ń is evacuated from it.
