Abstract

The invention relates to the field of processing of polymer materials that can be used in the building industry for the manufacture of building, foundation and wall blocks, floor slabs, paving piles, as well as roadway covering.It is claimed a composite material comprising crushed and processed wastes of polymer materials, rubber crumb, filler in the form of different metal, wood processing wastes, cement production wastes, and an addition containing carbon C2n, where n is at least 30, namely fullerene C60 or C70 or fullerene soot with partially extracted fullerene.The process for the obtaining of composite material, according to the invention, provides for the mechanical processing of polymers, drying, extrusion with the obtaining of polymer material granules of 3...30 mm, mixing thereof in at least two drying dispenser chambers with preliminary crushed filler and rubber crumb, extrusion of mixture with temperature increasing, then at the outlet from the extruder the mixture is doped with fullerene or fullerene soot at the temperature of 120...200°C, afterwards the obtained mixture is pressed and cooled.
