Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de epurare a apelor reziduale de la complexele zootehnice de azot amoniacal şi fosfaţi şi poate fi folosită pentru mărirea randamentului de epurare biologică a apelor reziduale de la complexele zootehnice.Procedeul propus include prelucrarea apelor reziduale cu eluaţi obţinuţi la regenerarea răşinilor schimbătoare de ioni, utilizate la dedurizarea apei cu clorură de sodiu, care se prelucrează cu hidroxid de calciu de 5…7%, se decantează, iar sedimentul format se dizolvă în acid sulfuric. La soluţia obţinută de sulfat de magneziu se adaugă poliacrilamidă în următorul raport, g/L: sulfat de magneziu 30…50 şi poliacrilamidă 0,1…0,2. Apele reziduale se prelucrează cu soluţia obţinută cu conţinut de magneziu la un raport masic [Mg2+] : [NH4 +/PO4 3-] de (5,2…5,5) : 1 şi pH = 7,0…8,5. Apoi se efectuează electroflotaţia la o densitate catodică a curentului de 0,1…0,3 A/dm2 şi epurarea finală a apelor reziduale prin prelucrarea consecutivă anaerobă şi aerobă a acestora.
