Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely, to the legal medicine and can be used in diagnosing the conditions of a short-range shot fired from the Makarov pistol.The method consists in detection of soot depositions around the bullet inlet, examination of the integument injury character, the shape and zones of soot depositions around the bullet inlet. When detecting the epidermis rupture oriented to the right with the microfestooned character of edges in combination with the four zones of rounded soot depositions it is determined the shot by a direct contact, in combination with the four zones of elipsoidal soot depositions - the shot by a contact at an angle, in combination with the six zones of elipsoidal soot depositions - the shot by a semicontact.The technical result consists in the differential diagnostics of shots by direct contact, semicontact and those at short-range.
