Abstract
L'invention concerne de l'arndb pour la prévention, l'atténuation et/ou le traitement d'une infestation d'une plante par le charançon rouge du palmier (rhynchophorus ferrugineus), l'arndb comprenant une séquence polynucléotidique qui est environ 85 % à environ 100 % complémentaire à un segment d'un gène cible du charançon rouge du palmier, l'ingestion du polynucléotide arndb par le charançon rouge du palmier entraînant la mortalité et/ou l'étourdissement de celui-ci.
