Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de flottation utilisant un récupérateur amélioré pour éliminer les impuretés à base de carbonates de métaux alcalino-terreux hors de minerais de phosphate. La charge de flottation peut être traitée à l'aide du récupérateur de carbonate amélioré à un ph acide, et soumise à une flottation inverse. Le trop-plein de la cellule peut être recueilli en tant que déchet dans lequel les minéraux carbonatés dominent, et le sous-écoulement de la cellule peut correspondre au concentré de phosphate. Le récupérateur peut être constitué d'une combinaison de produits chimiques, comprenant : (1) un quelconque type d'acide gras, qu'il s'agisse d'un acide gras classique, d'un acide gras saponifié ou d'un acide gras modifié ; (2) des produits chimiques comportant des groupes sulfonate ou sulfate, tels que l'acide dodécylbenzène sulfonique (ddbsa) ou son sel, le dodécylsulfate de sodium (sds), le laurylsulfate de sodium (sls), le cocosulfate de sodium (scs), etc. ;et (3) des produits chimiques contenant du phosphore, tels que le tripolyphosphate de sodium (stpp), l'hexamétaphosphate de sodium (sfmp), le phosphate trisodique (tsp), le tétrasodiumpyrophosphate (tspp), etc. Avec ce récupérateur amélioré, la sélectivité de séparation et la récupération de phosphate peuvent être considérablement améliorées.
