Abstract

Dispositif pour la fabrication des pavés écologiques à travers la valorisation et le recyclage des déchets miniers et des plastiques, ces derniers utilisés comme liant à la place du ciment et du gravillon utilisés dans les procédés classiques. Le procédé développé concerne un dispositif permettant le recyclage des déchets miniers et des déchets plastiques pour des produits de substitution aux pavés classiques. Ce procédé consiste à malaxer le plastique fondu avec les déchets miniers dans des futs de carbonisation (figure2) pour en fabriquer des pavés écologiques (figure 1). Nous avons développé un système simple mais efficace, qui permet au déchet minier (gangue de charbon) de remplacer le sable et au plastique de remplacer le ciment en tant que liant. Ce dispositif peut produire de différentes formes de pavés (figure3) selon les besoins des usagés et le domaine d’activité (construction de routes, des dallages, etc).
