Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (10) pour emballer des produits (5) à l'intérieur de récipients (7) respectifs, le produit étant de préférence défini par une pluralité d'articles regroupés, selon une configuration d'emballage correspondante ; le produit se préférant de préférence sous la forme d'un produit alimentaire et en particulier sous la forme d'un produit ayant une consistance molle, comme du fromage fondu ou analogue ; le récipient étant de préférence constitué de première et seconde parties associées l'une à l'autre pour former une chambre destinée à contenir le produit, et délimitant respectivement un corps de base, ou fond, et un corps supérieur, ou couvercle. L'appareil comprenant un cadre (12) pour supporter les moyens respectifs qui réalisent l'emballage et comprend un moyen (14) pour emballer, ou introduire, le produit dans le récipient respectif, un moyen (16) pour faire entrer les produits, en particulier provenant d'une machine correspondante permettant de fabriquer les produits, un moyen (18) pour faire sortir les produits emballés de l'appareil d'emballage, et un moyen (20) pour fabriquer un trajet de transport qui permet aux produits correspondants, en particulier à emballer ou déjà emballés, de passer au-delà de l'appareil (10).
