LE BÉTON THERMIQUEMENT ISOLANT, RÉSISTANT AU FEU ET À L'EAU, PERMÉABLE À L'AIR, FLEXIBLE ET LÉGER, PRÉSENTANT UN RAPPORT VOLUME-DENSITÉ INFÉRIEUR À 500 KG/M3 ET CONSTITUÉ DE BILLES DE POLYSTYRÈNE DE L'INVENTION PERMET D'ASSURER L'ISOLATION THERMIQUE ET SONIQUE DE MURS ET DE DALLES, DE LIMITER LEUR PERMÉABILITÉ À L'EAU OU LEUR CAPACITÉ D'ABSORPTION D'EAU ET DE RENFORCER LEUR RÉSISTANCE AU FEU, TOUT EN PRÉSERVANT LEUR CAPACITÉ À ÊTRE PERMÉABLES À L'AIR ET À L'HUMIDITÉ, DANS LE CADRE TANT DE LA RÉNOVATION DE VIEUX BÂTIMENTS QUE DANS CELUI DE LA CONSTRUCTION DE NOUVEAUX. LE MATÉRIAU THERMIQUEMENT ISOLANT AINSI OBTENU PEUT PRÉSENTER UN RAPPORT VOLUME-DENSITÉ ÉGAL À 100 KG/M3 SELON LA QUANTITÉ DE LIANTS. CE MATÉRIAU PRÊT À L'USAGE PEUT ÊTRE LUBRIFIÉ, POMPÉ, COULÉ; DES MURS DE PLANCHES, DE BRIQUES OU PLEINS PEUVENT ÊTRE CONSTRUITS GRÂCE À LUI, ET AU-DESSUS D'UN RAPPORT DENSITÉ-VOLUME DE 300 KG/M3, IL PEUT ÉGALEMENT ÊTRE PLÂTRÉ. LE CIMENT PEUT ÊTRE UN CIMENT MÉLANGÉ OU ÊTRE REMPLACÉ PAR DU GYPSE.
