Abstract

Dans une exécution, un système et le procédé associé servant à déplacer un objet sur un axe, utilisent un ou plusieurs réservoirs gonflables conçus pour transmettre la pression d'un fluide à un piston, de manière à ce qu'une membrane souple du ou des réservoirs gonflables entre en contact avec le piston et forme un lobe déroulant en réponse à une variation de volume. Le ou les réservoirs gonflables sont enfermés dans une enceinte ou dans un tambour, et un axe peut se déplacer axialement à travers le centre de l'enceinte. Le système comporte également une ou plusieurs soupapes de commande fonctionnellement liées au ou aux réservoirs gonflables pour réguler le volume de fluide s'y trouvant. C'est en faisant varier le volume de fluide du ou des réservoirs, qu'on déplace l'objet. Dans une exécution, on utilise un piston arqué facilitant la formation du lobe déroulant.
