Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz siltumizolācijas materiālu uz cieto putu poliuretānu bāzes iegūšanas paņēmieniem, kas ļaus paplašināt izejvielu bāzi siltumizolācijas materiālu iegūšanai, neizmantojot no naftas un augu eļļām iegūtus komponentus. Piedāvātajā paņēmienā, kas raksturīgs ar izocianātu komponenta savienošanu ar poliolu komponentu, par poliolu komponentu tiek izmantots organiskos šķīdinātājos nešķīstošs tehniskais lignīns, kas tiek oksipropilēts un pēc tam reakcijas ceļā attiecībā no 7:1 līdz 2,3:1 tiek savienots ar nemodificētu lignīnu. Pirms oksipropilēšanas nemodificēto lignīnu vispirms oksidē, izmantojot sistēmu POM/H2O2 (polioksimetalāti/ūdeņraža peroksīds). Izgudrojuma mērķis tiek sasniegts arī pateicoties tam, ka nemodificēto lignīnu pirms savienošanas ar oksipropilēto lignīnu aktivē triecientipa dezintegratorā, palielinot kopējo hidroksilgrupu saturu un to pieejamību ķīmiskai mijiedarbībai, kā arī pateicoties tam, ka nemodificēto lignīnu pirms savienošanas ar poliolu sistēmas galveno sastāvdaļu – oksipropilēto lignīnu – oksidē sistēmā POM/H2O2. Tādējādi par vienu no galvenajām izejvielām tiek izmantos lignīns, kuru siltumizolācijas materiālu uz cieto putu poliuretānu bāzes iegūšanai agrāk neizmantoja, pie tam iegūtā materiāla raksturlielumi atbilst analoģiskiem materiāliem, kas ir pārdošanā.
