Abstract
Description
Izgudrojums attiecas uz guļbūvju detaļām (konstruktīviem elementiem) un var tikt izmantots gan reālu koka guļbūvju konstrukciju veidošanai, gan uzskates līdzekļu, piemēram, guļbūvju maketu, veidošanai noteiktā mērogā, kā arī rotaļlietu ražošanā no jebkura veselībai nekaitīga izejmateriāla.The invention relates to the components (construction elements) of log buildings and can be used for the construction of real wooden log structures as well as for the production of visual aids such as log models, as well as for the manufacture of toys from any raw material that is not harmful to health.
Ir zināmi guļbūves konstrukciju baļķu savienošanas principi [1], kā arī saliekamo rotaļlietu (konstruktoru) ražošanā tiek pielietotas daudzfunkcionāli izmantojamas detaļas, pateicoties to savienojuma principiem [2] (prototips). Kā mūsdienās plašāk pielietotus guļbūves konstrukciju savienojumus var minēt guļbūves frēzbaļķu konstrukciju veidošanai pielietotos savienojumus [1],The principles of joining log structures [1] are known, and multifunctional parts are used in the production of prefabricated toys (constructors) due to their joining principles [2] (prototype). The most commonly used joints in log building structures today are joints used for log log construction [1],
Classical log houses are created as unique log constructions, in which each log (part) is different from the others, which results in highly skilled manual work, and this type of log house is not industrially manufactured.
Praksē ir populāras no frēzbaļķiem veidotas guļbūvju konstrukcijas, kurās frēzbaļķu sagatavošana ir iespējama rūpnieciski. Lai ari frēzbaļķu konstrukcijā katra atsevišķa frēzbaļķa pielietojums ir daudzfunkcionālāks atšķirībā no klasiskās guļbūves, kas nav rūpnieciski izgatavota, tomēr frēzbaļķu konstrukciju veidošanas principi neļauj būtiski samazināt ēkas izveidošanai nepieciešamo sortimenta vienību skaitu. Patreiz izmantojamo frēzbaļķu galvenie trūkumi ir:In practice, log structures made of beam logs are popular, in which the preparation of the beam logs is possible industrially. Although the use of individual logs is more multifunctional in the construction of a beam log, unlike the classical non-manufactured log house, the principles of designing a beam log do not significantly reduce the number of assortment units required for the building. The main drawbacks of currently used logs are:
- frēzbaļķu savstarpējās savietojamības princips nepieļauj ēkas vienotas konstrukcijas izveidei plašas iespējas viena tipa frēzbaļķus aizvietot ar jebkuru frēzbaļķi, kas šajā konstrukcijā pilda cita rakstura funkciju, jo tas tiek izgatavots tā, ka izmantojams tikai noteiktās konstrukcijas vietās un spēj aizvietot tikai tos frēzbaļķus, kas šajā konstrukcijā ir analogi pēc parametriem;- the principle of inter-operability of beams does not allow wide variation of one type of beams to provide a single structure of a building with any other function, because it is made to be used only in certain places of construction and can replace only those beams are analogues by parameters;
- frēzbaļķu izgatavošanas procesā, ja tie tiek izgatavoti no kokmateriāliem, ir ievērojami izejmateriāla (koksnes) zudumi (īpaši virpotajiem frēzbaļķiem), pie kam zudumu apmērs palielinās tieši proporcionāli frēzbaļķa garumam, jo izejmateriāls (zāģbaļķis) ir koniskas formas;- in the process of making beams, if they are made from wood, there is a considerable loss of raw material (wood) (especially for turned milled logs), whereby the amount of losses increases directly in proportion to the length of the log;
- frēzbaļķiem rūpnieciski izgatavo savienojumus, kas savstaipēji ļauj savienot frēzbaļķus tikai projektā noteiktā leņķī; frēzbaļķus pamatā izgatavo tikai saskaņā ar kādu konkrētu ēkas projektu un to universāla pielietošana ir ierobežota.- Prefabricated joints are manufactured by joints that allow self-tapping of joists only at the design angle; milling beams are basically made only for a specific building design and their universal use is limited.
The object of the present invention is to simplify, accelerate and increase the cost-effectiveness of log houses as well as other log-like structures, such as mock-up and game constructors, by reducing to a minimum the assortment (type of parts) required for log structure construction. in turn, facilitates component production, sales and logistics and ensures their multifunctional application.
Izgudrojuma būtības izklāstsSummary of the Invention
Šādas guļbūves konstrukciju izveidošanai tiek izmantotas detaļas, kuras savstarpēji konstruktīvi ir identiskas un ir izgatavojamas, izzāģējot no neliela skaita tipveida sagatavēm, tajās veicot izzāģējumus bez rūpniecisku iekārtu palīdzības (bez frēzēšanas).Structural building elements, hereinafter referred to simply as parts, for the sake of brevity and defined in claims 1-6 are provided. As a result, the parts according to the invention can be used to create a wide variety of log building structures in which parts of the same type with different lengths can perform multiple functions. The interconnected parts form one whole structure. Such log house constructions are made using parts that are mutually identical in construction and are made by cutting from a small number of standard blanks without any industrial equipment (without milling).
Constructing a log structure from a beam using the invention is much simpler and can be accomplished without a specialist in log building.
The construction of the structural elements (parts) of the invention requires a smaller amount of raw material if the product is made from sawn logs and lower quality requirements are applied to the raw material, since the average length of one assortment ) average length. Because of the conical background of the log, the useful volume of the log for the log beam is directly proportional to the diameter of the log at the narrowest end, resulting in an inversely it is also possible to use a lower quality raw material, because the length of the parts used in practice, if they are made according to the invention, is much smaller than the length of traditional construction elements, which in turn allows a greater bending percentage per sawmill. and allows more efficient use of saw logs before raw material preparation, as the required wood quality must be ensured in a shorter assortment.
Piedāvāto būvelementu (detaļu) konstruktīvo risinājumu, kas izklāstīti no 1. līdzThe proposed structural elements (parts) of the proposed solutions set forth in (1) to (1)

Guļbūvju konstrukciju izveidošanai (skat. 6.zīm. un 7.zīm.), izmantojot konstruktīvos būvelementus (detaļas) saskaņā ar izgudrojumu, ir jāievēro zemāk uzskaitītās prasības attiecībā uz šo detaļu funkcionālo virsmu parametriem:The construction of log structures (see Fig. 6 and Fig. 7) using the structural building elements (parts) according to the invention must comply with the following requirements regarding the functional surface characteristics of these parts:
- detaļas frēzējumu laukumi garengriezumā pa tās vidusplakni Y, vēlams, ir simetriski;- the milling areas of the part along its median plane Y are preferably symmetrical;
- detaļas virsmu laukumi garengriezumā pa tās vidusplakni X, vēlams, ir vienādi;- the surface areas of the component are longitudinally centered along its median plane X, preferably uniform;
- detaļas frēzējumi 1 un 2 savstarpēji ir saderīgi un savstarpēji pretēji vērsti, resp., ar rievām uz augšu un rievām uz leju;- the part millings 1 and 2 are mutually compatible and mutually opposite, ie with grooves upwards and downwards;
- A, X un B plaknes ir savstarpēji paralēlas, bet perpendikulāras attiecībā pret plakni Y;- planes A, X and B are parallel but perpendicular to plane Y;
- frēzējumu virzieni plaknēs A un B savstarpēji ir vienādi vērsti, bet perpendikulāri vērsti attiecībā pret plaknē X veiktajiem frēzējumiem;- the milling directions in planes A and B are mutually equal but perpendicular to millings in plane X;
- detaļas frēzējumu vidusplaknes XI un X2 sakrīt un šo frēzējumu zobu vidusplakne sakrīt ar detaļas vidusplakni X.- the center planes XI and X2 of the part millings coincide and the center plane of the teeth of these millings coincide with the center plane X of the part.
Frēzējumi jebkurā detaļas vietā un frēzējuma plaknē ir savietojami ar citas analogas detaļas saderīgā veida frēzējumu, kā rezultātā divas detaļas frēzējumu saderīgajās vietās ir iespējams savstarpēji savietot un fiksēt, pateicoties frēzējumiem jebkurā detaļas vietā gan 90° leņķī, gan 0° leņķī attiecībā pret otras detaļas garenasi.The milling at any part of the part and in the milling plane is compatible with other types of analogue part mating, which allows two parts to be mated and locked together at the mating locations, both at 90 ° and 0 ° to the longitudinal axis of the other part. .
Detaļas saskaņā ar izgudrojumu tiek izveidotas sekojoši: uz regulāras formas zāģmateriāla, kas pa tā garenasi plaknē Y ir simetriskas formas (piemēram, brusas), augšpusē un apakšpusē detaļas paralēlās virsmās Al un B2 tiek izveidoti savstarpēji pretēji vērsti frēzējumi tā, ka tie ir savstarpēji saderīgi, respektīvi, šie frēzējumi virsmās Al un B2 nodrošina to, ka uz viena baļķa augšpuses ir iespējams novietot otru baļķi 0 grādu leņķi un frēzējumu rievas būs savstarpēji saderīgas pie nosacījuma, ka abu detaļu vidusplaknes to garenvirzienā atrodas vienā vertikālajā plaknē Y (skat.The parts according to the invention are formed as follows: On a regular shaped sawn wood having a symmetrical shape (e.g., beams) in its longitudinal plane, opposite and opposite milling cuts are formed on the parallel surfaces A1 and B2 of the part so that they are mutually compatible. respectively, these millings on surfaces A1 and B2 ensure that the top of one of the logs can be positioned at an angle of 0 degrees and that the milling grooves are mutually compatible provided that the median planes of the two parts are in the same vertical plane Y (see Figs.
5.zīm. un 7.zīm.)Fig. 5 and Fig. 7)
At the ends of the component, the milling surfaces XI and X2 are milled, which are also mutually opposite and compatible with the milling mills already made on the surfaces A1 and B2. They are made perpendicular to the milling surfaces Al and B2 of the part surface. The parameters of the areas XI and X2 of these milling surfaces shall be calculated in accordance with the parameters S of the part cross-section. Milling transverse to component surfaces XI and X2 must be performed so that the center plane of the tooth height of the milling teeth coincides with the longitudinal plane X of the component parallel to planes AI and B2 on the upper and lower surfaces of the component (see Figure 2). The milling areas of surfaces XI and X2 must be equal to each other. Milling on surfaces XI and X2 ensures that one part can be placed sequentially behind the other part (see Figs. 5 and 7) by joining them into compatible milling surfaces XI and X2 to form a series of parts with X planes in one in a horizontal plane.
Detaļas iespējams pagatavot gan tās salīmējot no vairākiem kokmateriāla gabaliem, gan pagatavajot no līmēta kokmateriāla, izveidojot tajās, ja nepieciešams, ari dobumus siltuma vai skaņas izolācijas materiāla ievietošanai (skat. 4.zīm.).By applying the invention, the same structural building elements (parts) (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 4) can fulfill several functions - by connecting the parts together they form one whole construction (see Figs. 6 and 7). . These structures require identical (identical) parts that differ only in length (see Fig. 5), with mutually compatible milling on the respective surfaces of each part, arranged in four locations in three parallel planes in the upper and lower planes. compatible but opposite milling in the longitudinal direction of the parts and in the center plane of the parts are mutually compatible and mutually opposite milling at each end of the part (one per milling in the transverse direction of each part); when milling in the center plane, the milling direction is 90 ° plus / minus 2 ° with respect to the direction of adjacent planes. These components differ only in their longitudinal length. Alignment of two identical identical parts with respect to the longitudinal axis of these parts at compatible milling points of these parts is possible at both 90 ° plus / minus 2 ° and 0 ° plus / minus 2 ° at any point in the milling of these parts. It is advisable to use glue at the joints of the functional milling joints at a 0 ° angle when joining the parts one after the other. The specific parts necessary for the construction of the building (the parts necessary for the construction of window and door openings, as well as for the connection of the log partition wall and leveling of the structure) can be manufactured by sawing Fig. 3. or fig. the parts shown in two parts as shown in fig. or by straight cutting without the aid of industrial equipment (without milling). If beams which do not form a rectangle in cross-section (eg beams) and have more than four corners or are irregular in cross-section are used as a starting material for the workpiece, taking into account the shape of the raw material so that there are no significant gaps or visually incompatible joints at the joints when joining the parts (see Figure 6). It is possible to make parts by gluing them from several pieces of wood or by making glued wood together, if necessary, creating cavities for insertion of heat or sound insulation material (see Fig. 4).
