A first borehole 1 (Fig.2) intended for drawing Earth's interior water is bored at an angle of 30° off vertical, a second borehole 2 intended for removal of cooled water is bored at an angle of 30° off vertical, said boreholes 1 and 2 being directed in substantially opposite directions. In a heated building 3, heat pumps 4 are installed. To draw Earth's interior water, pipe 5 is inserted in the borehole 1. To remove cooled water, pipe 6 is inserted in the borehole 2.
