Abstract

The present invention relates to the machine building and could be used for coating friction surfaces by triboceramics to decrease wear and to reduce the friction coefficient. The triboceramic charge contains oxides - MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, being in the chemical composition of natural and/or synthesized non-heat treated and/or dehydrated minerals, such as serpentine, talk, clinochlore, magnesite, quarz and aluminium hydroxide are introduced, forming the charge with the following composition of oxides: SiO2 - 46 to 54%, MgO - 26 to 32%, Al2O3 - 2 to 5 %, Fe2O3 - 1,0 to 1,5%, CaO - 0,1 to 0,3%, H2O - less than 5%.
