Abstract

The invention refers to the equipment for food stuff, treatment works wastes, natural bottom sediments (putrid mud) and so on transforming. The installation (fig.1) consists of the case 1, divided by means of the inclined grid 2 into the drying chamber 3 and air manifold 4 with connecting pipe 5 for air supply from the fan. The drying chamber 3 has connecting pipe 6 for air-vapor mixture existing, the loading space 7 for humid sticky product supply by worm feeder, and off-load unit 8 for dried product pellets discharge. The drying chamber 3 inside contains the endless belt conveyor consisting of two closed chains 9 and 10 moving by the loop paths, arranged by means of doubled drive sprockets 11 and 12, fixed on the power shaft 13, and by-pass blocks 14 fitted over the axle-arms attached to the drying chamber 3 side walls. Netted or brush blades 15 are evenly hinged along the chains 9 and 10. The product feeder consists of aligned guide plates 16 and 17 with packing curtains disposed in the upper part of the first ascending branch of the conveyor in such a way, that the blades 15 can freely transit between them. The feeder is connected with loading space 7 towards which the product is conveyed by the worm feeder. The heat generators 18, for example, infrared radiators, are placed between the drying chamber 3 walls, in a way to ensure the technological airspace to leave the passage of the blades 15 with drying product. There are rotating brushes with threaded blades 19 and 20, which shafts are coupled with the drive 21, acting on the both sides of the blades 15 disposed in the zone of the lower part of the first ascending branch of the conveyor chains 9 and 10.

Description

IEKĀRTA LIPĪGU MATERIĀLU ŽĀVĒŠANAI (§p Kopsavilkums: Izgudrojums attiecas uz pārtikas produktu, attīrīšanas iekārtu nosēdumu /palieku/, sapropeļa nogulu u.tml. materiālu pārstrādes tehniku. Iekārta (fig.1) sastāv no apvalka 1, kas ar slīpi vērsta tīkla 2 palīdzību sadalīts žāvēšanas kamerā 3 un gaisa resiveri 4, kas aprīkots ar īscauruli 5 gaisa padevei no ventilatora (nav parādīts). Žāvēšanas kamerai ir īscaurule 6 tvaiku un gaisa maisījuma izvadei; ievadierīce 7 mitra, lipīga materiāla padevei no gliemežspiednes (nav parādīta) un izvadierīce 8 izžāvētā materiāla granulu izkraušanai /izbēršanai/. Žāvēšanas kameras 3 iekšienē atrodas savrups /atsevišķs/ konveijers, kas sastāv no divām bezgalīgām ķēdēm 9 un 10, kuras pārvietojas pa cilpveida trajektorijām, kas izveidotas ar divu sapārotu ķēžratu 11 un 12 palīdzību, izvietotu uz piedziņas 13 vārpstas, un ar apgāju bloku 14 palīdzību, izvietotu uz pusasīm, kas nostiprinātas uz žāvēšanas kameras 3sienām. Uz ķēdēm 9 un 10ar vienādu intervālu šamīrveidīgi piekārtas sietveida vai sukveida lāpstiņas 15.
