Abstract

Invention relates to the field of producing strong alcoholic drinks and particularly to a recipe of quince fruits liqueur. A method for producing high quality quince liqueur provides chopping or grating quince fruits, extracting fruit syrup by pouring sugar over fruits. Different additives are added to sugar. These additives are spirituous extract of orange peel, spirituous extract of selerian, glycerol, vanillin and potash in certain given ratio. A prepared raw liqueur must be mellowed for not less than two months.
