Abstract

The innovation relates to the field of operational control of machines and equipment and is based on the measuring of noise. It can be used in controlling the operational ability of wind electrical equipment. The goal of the innovation - the expansion of functions. The control devices (fig.1) include a fiber optic cable 1, light wire links 2, a flexible (movable) light wire 3, a fixed light wire 4, membranes 5, a light diode 6, a photo receiver 7, a generator 8, a wind wheel 9, a threshold amplifier 10 and a control body 11. The emergence of noise causes vibration of the membranes 5 that causes the offset of the light wires 3. That in turn leads the light wires 3 and 4 to link to a dimensional change in cable 1. The alteration in cable 2 causes changes in the intensity of the radiance from the light diode 6 in cable 1 perceived by the photo receiver 7 and starts the control body 11 that takes the generator 8 off load. Due to the measuring of the integral-optic noise level and its range, the application of this method prevents the uncongenial effect of noise on the environment and increases the operational resources of the wind electrical equipment.<IMAGE>
