Description

DEMOUNTABLE SCREWDRIVER
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a screwdriver, and in particular to a demountable screwdriver.
Related Art
In a screw assembling or dismounting process, generally a screwdriver is used for performing dismounting and assembling operations. There are many types of screwdrivers, such as L-shaped screwdrivers and T-shaped screwdrivers. The L-shaped screwdriver comprises a long arm and a short arm that is vertically bent and extends from one end of the long arm; the length of the short arm is smaller than the length of the long arm, so, when the long arm is used for performing the dismounting and assembling operations, a user is hard to apply a relatively larger force through the short arm, resulting in inconvenience in operations. The T-shaped screwdriver comprises a handle and a screwdriver bar which are integrally formed, and the handle material is plastic; a contact area of the handle and the screwdriver bar is relatively smaller, and the fragility of the handle material is relatively larger, so that the plastic handle is easy to fragment during dismounting and assembling; furthermore, there are some T-shaped screwdrivers, the handle of which are made from high-toughness materials in order to prevent the handle from fragmenting; however, the screwdriver bar is easy to be worn or fragmented during assembling and dismounting, and it needs to be replaced; and because the handle and the screwdriver bar are integrally formed, when the screwdriver bar is worn or fragmented, the handle has to be abandoned even if it can be continuously used, and a new screwdriver should replace the worn or fragmented one, resulting in inconvenience in screwdriver bar dismounting.

The two fasteners 15 respectively pass through the two fixing holes 131 and are respectively locked in the two fixing slots 1123, so that the fixed piece 13 is fixedly mounted in the accommodating part 112 of the locating piece 11 through the fasteners 15. In the embodiment, the fasteners 15 are screws.
Simultaneously referring to FIG. 4, the screwdriver bar 30 is approximately L-shaped and is fixedly mounted in the locating slot 1121 of the locating piece 11. The screwdriver bar 30 comprises a long arm 31 and a short arm 33, and the short arm 33 is vertically bent and extends from one end of the long arm 31. In the embodiment, the screwdriver bar 30 is an L-shaped screwdriver bar, and the length of the short arm 33 is smaller than the length of the long arm 31. One end, far away from the short arm 33, of the long arm 31 partially protrudes from the exterior of the locating piece 11 through the through hole 1122 of the locating piece 11. The short arm 33 of the screwdriver bar 30 is accommodated in the locating slot 1121. The fixed piece 13 is fixedly mounted on the accommodating part 112 through the fasteners 15, and the bottom surface of the fixed piece 13 is propped against the short arm 33, so that the short arm 33 is clamped between the fixed piece 13 and the accommodating part 112. It should be understood that the corresponding screwdriver bar 30 is a T-shaped screwdriver bar when the locating slot 1121 has a T-shaped structure. It should be understood that the locating slot 1121 is designed according to the structure of the screwdriver bar 30.
When the screwdriver bar 30 needs to be replaced, the following steps are sequentially performed: firstly dismounting the two fasteners 15; dismounting the fixed piece 13 from the accommodating part 112 of the locating piece 11; pulling out the screwdriver bar 30; mounting a new screwdriver bar 30 in the locating slot 1121 of the locating piece 11; mounting the fixed piece 13 in the accommodating part 112 of the locating piece 11; and screwing down the fasteners 15 to fasten the locating piece 11 and the fixed piece 13.
In the present invention, the handle 10 utilized by the screwdriver 100 comprises the locating piece 11, the fixed piece 13 and the fasteners 15, and the locating piece 11 and the fixed piece 13 are made from infrangible materials, so that the handle 10 is hard to fragment. The locating slot 1121 is formed in the accommodating part 112 of the locating piece 11, the short arm 33 of the screwdriver bar 30 is accommodated in the locating slot 1121, one end, far away from the short arm 33, of the long arm 31 protrudes from the locating slot 1121, the fixed piece 13 is fixedly mounted in the accommodating part 112 of the locating piece 11 through the fasteners 15, the bottom surface of the fixed piece 13 is propped against the short arm 33, so that the short arm 33 is fixedly mounted on the locating piece 11 through the fixed piece 13. The handle 10 is mounted on the screwdriver bar 30, so that a user can conveniently apply a relatively larger force through the screwdriver bar 30, resulting in convenience in operations. Furthermore, the screwdriver bar 30 can be dismounted from the handle 10 of the screwdriver 100 so as to be quickly replaced, the handle 10 can be reutilized, and a new screwdriver does not need to replace the worn or fragmented one, resulting in cost saving and convenience in screwdriver bar dismounting.
