Abstract

The wall (10) is made of sheet piling with trough-shaped members (12) joined alternately at their edges to make a corrugated profile. Sound insulating material (20) is applied to the backs of the trough sections projecting forward. It bridges over the tops of the rear-facing trough sections, leaving empty spaces (22) which may be filled with more sound-insulating material.
