Description

DISINFECTION DEVICE FOR MEDICAL DIGESTIVE
ENDOSCOPY IN GASTROENTEROLOGY
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and in particular relates to a disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology.
BACKGROUND
Digestive endoscopy refers to medical equipment that directly obtains images through digestive tract or obtains ultrasonic or X-ray images of digestive tract and digestive organs through equipment with ultrasonic and X-ray to diagnose and treat digestive system diseases. In gastroenterology, cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy are very important. If the cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy are not thorough, it is easy to cause cross infection to patients. In the prior art, disinfection and cleaning of digestive endoscopy generally require manual operation by medical staff. For example, using sterile gauze to wipe the outer surface of digestive endoscopy and using water gun or suction pipe to flush the inner cavity of digestive endoscopy generally requires repeated disinfection and cleaning for several times. This disinfection and cleaning method not only takes up a lot of manpower and time, but also easily leads to incomplete cleaning of pipes, resulting in disinfection failure and affecting subsequent use. At present, there is still a lack of a device that can automatically clean and disinfect the digestive endoscopy.
China invention patent with the announcement number of CN113080818B discloses an endoscope disinfection and cleaning device for gastroenterology, which can quickly disinfect digestive endoscopies, clean a plurality of digestive endoscopies at the same time, and rotate and take out digestive endoscopies, thus reducing the labour intensity of workers. However, the cleaning process and principle of the device can not reach the cleanliness of manual cleaning, and there are problems of disinfection and cleaning failure, especially for the internal cleaning of the endoscope HUS05833 tube line, which may cause bacterial virus residues in the pipeline and infect subsequent users.
In view of this, an automatic disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology is needed to solve the above problems in the prior art.
SUMMARY
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology, aiming at solving or improving at least one of the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology, which includes a disinfection and cleaning cabinet, a power cabinet and a waste liquid tank, where at least two inner sides and the top surface of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet are fixedly provided with a plurality of cleaning sprinklers, and cleaning sprinklers are connected to the power cabinet through pipelines; the disinfection and cleaning cabinet includes a fixing component for clamping the digestive endoscopy and an endoscope tube wiping component for wiping the endoscope tube of the digestive endoscopy, and the endoscope tube wiping component slides in the vertical direction of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet.
The above structure aims to provide a disinfection device which can fix the digestive endoscopy in the disinfection and cleaning cabinet, and automatically spray disinfectant and wipe the disinfection and cleaning cabinet to replace manual disinfection. According to the characteristics of digestive endoscopy, the endoscope tube wiping component encircling the endoscope tube is designed. The endoscope tube wiping component slides on the inner side of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet in the natural drooping direction of the endoscope tube, and moves up and down under the driving force to simulate repeated manual wiping, with good wiping effect. At the same time, the disinfectant is evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the digestive endoscopy through a plurality of cleaning sprinklers, forming a mist distribution in the closed disinfection and cleaning cabinet, and the disinfection HUS05833 purpose is achieved through spraying and standing for a certain period of time.
Preferably, the disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology further includes an upper end connecting pipe and a lower end connecting terminal for connecting two ends of the endoscope tube, where the upper end connecting pipe is connected to the power cabinet by pipeline, and the lower end connecting terminal is located at the bottom of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet and communicated with the waste liquid tank.
In the above structure, the upper end and the lower end of the endoscope tube are respectively connected and fixed to the upper end connecting pipe and the lower end connecting terminal, and then disinfectant or cleaning balls are injected into the endoscope channel of the endoscope tube to realize disinfection and cleaning of the interior of the endoscope tube.
Preferably, the endoscope tube wiping component includes a base, a rotating seat, a steering seat, a first extending arm, a second extending arm and a clamping end connected in sequence, where the rotating seat is rotatably connected to the base and is pivoted with the steering seat; the first extending arm is fixedly connected with one end of the steering seat far away from the rotating seat; and the second extending arm is axially elastically telescopic in the first extending arm.
In order to better simulate the strength of manual wiping and achieve the effectiveness of cleaning, the endoscope tube wiping component is designed as a flexible support connected by a plurality of connecting seats and extending arms, which has the characteristics of turning, bending and stretching, and can automatically adapt to the change of the direction of the endoscope tube after encircling it. While reciprocating, the angle and length of the connecting seats and extending arms are changed as needed, so as to better wipe the endoscope tube.
Preferably, the clamping end is provided with a clamping inner side surface adapted to the shape of the endoscope tube, and a flexible cleaning material is stuck on the clamping inner side surface.
Preferably, there are two endoscope tube wiping components, which are symmetrically and oppositely arranged on two opposite inner sides, and the clamping HUS05833 ends of the two endoscope tube wiping components are spliced into an annular clamping part.
Two wiping components of endoscope tube are designed to cooperate with each other and move synchronously, which can provide more uniform wiping friction, thus enhancing the wiping effect.
Preferably, a plurality of cleaning balls are pre-placed in the upper end connecting pipe, and the cleaning balls have flexible wiping surfaces contacting with the inner wall surface of the endoscope tube.
A plurality of cleaning balls are pre-placed in the upper end connecting tube, or directly put into the endoscope tube when the upper end of the endoscope tube is connected. When the endoscope tube is filled with disinfectant or clean water, the cleaning balls move forward with the flow of liquid. Because the cleaning balls have flexible wiping surfaces (for example: sponges) contacting with the inner wall surface of the endoscope tube, the inner wall of the endoscope tube can be wiped and the tissues attached to the inner wall of the endoscope tube can be cleaned during the forward movement of the cleaning balls, thus achieving a better cleaning effect.
Preferably, the cleaning balls include magnetic centre balls and flexible cleaning spherical surfaces wrapped outside the magnetic centre balls, the clamping end is also a permanent magnet, and the clamping end is magnetically engaged with the magnetic centre ball.
In order to simulate the repeated wiping action, the cleaning ball is designed as a structure with an internal magnetic centre ball, and the clamping end is designed as a magnetic material matched with the magnetic attraction of the cleaning ball. When the clamping end reciprocates outside the endoscope tube, the cleaning ball reciprocates synchronously inside the endoscope tube due to the magnetic attraction of the clamping end, which further improves the cleaning effect inside the endoscope tube.
Preferably, the fixing component includes a fixed support base and a telescopic rod freely penetrating through the centre of the fixed support base, where two ends of the fixed support base are respectively hinged with a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, and a first hinged connecting rod is hinged between the first clamping HUS05833 arm and the end of the telescopic rod, and a second hinged connecting rod is hinged between the second clamping arm and the end of the telescopic rod; when the telescopic rod drives the first hinged connecting rod and the second hinged connecting 5 rod to approach the fixed support base, the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm approach each other to form clamping to the middle position.

Compared with that prior art, the device of the invention has the following advantage and technical effects:
The disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology can replace manpower to disinfect and clean the digestive endoscopy, which greatly improves the disinfection efficiency while liberating manpower. At the same time, wiping components with various structures are designed to simulate manual disinfection and wipe off pollutants attached to the digestive endoscopy in time during disinfection, which is thorough in disinfection and good in cleaning effect.

Hereinafter, a disinfection device for medical digestive endoscopy in gastroenterology of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 to
FIG. 8.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 shows a structural schematic diagram of a disinfection device for digestive endoscopies in medical gastroenterology according to
Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The device is an upright cabinet for automatic disinfection of medical digestive endoscopies in gastroenterology (hereinafter referred to as digestive endoscopy), and specifically includes a waste liquid tank 1 located at the bottom, a power cabinet 2 and a disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 located above the waste liquid tank 1, and a top cover 4 located at the top of the power cabinet 2 and the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3, where the power cabinet 2 and the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 are arranged next to each other. A digestive endoscopy can be placed in the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 for disinfection of the digestive endoscopy. The front (operating surface) of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 is opened, and a transparent cabinet door that can be sealed and closed (not shown in the figure) is provided, which is convenient for operators to observe the working state inside.
Specifically, the waste liquid tank 1 is used to temporarily store the used disinfectant, and the side of the waste liquid tank 1 is provided with a liquid discharge port 11, and in order to prevent different disinfectants from mixing, the waste liquid tank 1 has a plurality of independent chambers for temporarily storing different disinfectants.
Specifically, the power cabinet 2 is internally provided with various pressure pumps, air pumps, electric control equipment and pipelines, which are used for spraying various disinfectant and washing water to the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 and blowing air to the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3. The operation HUS05833 side of the power cabinet 2 is provided with a cabinet door, and the cabinet door is provided with an electrical control module 5 for man-machine interaction and operation of the whole disinfection device.
Disinfection liquid can be stored in the power cabinet 2 or connected to an external liquid supply system through pipelines, and the used disinfection waste liquid is discharged into the waste liquid tank 1 through the water outlets 31, where a plurality of water outlets 31 include a clean water outlet which is directly connected to the liquid discharge port 11 and enters the waste water treatment system.
Specifically, the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 has two side vertical plates and a rear vertical plate, and the three vertical plates are enclosed into a cabinet body with an open side, and the open side is hinged with a transparent door, and the inner edge of the transparent door is provided with a sealing rubber strip, which can form a seal when the transparent door is closed. The bottom of the two vertical plates and the rear vertical plate are supported above the waste liquid tank 1, and the top of the vertical plate supports the top cover 4, where one vertical plate is arranged next to the power cabinet 2, and the vertical plate has an opening penetrating into the power cabinet 2, and an upper end connecting pipe 6 runs through the opening; one end of the upper end connecting pipe 6 is connected with the pressure pump in the power cabinet 2, and the other end enters the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 to form a free connecting end for connecting with the upper end of the endoscope channel of the digestive endoscopy. Two vertical rails 12 are oppositely arranged on the two side vertical plates, and the two rails 12 slide with the endoscope tube wiping components 8 respectively, and the two endoscope tube wiping components 8 cooperate to clean the outer tube wall of the endoscope tube. A support arm 14 is connected to the rear vertical plate near the top cover 4. The support arm 14 extends horizontally to the inside of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3, and a fixing component 7 is connected to its free end. The fixing component 7 is used to fix the operating part of the digestive endoscopy, so that the endoscope tube of the digestive endoscopy naturally hangs down. The bottom of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3, that is,
the centre of the upper box of the waste liquid tank 1, is provided with a lower end HUS05833 connecting terminal 10 for connecting with the lower end of the endoscope channel of the digestive endoscopy. When in use, the operating part of the digestive endoscopy is fixed on the fixing component 7, the endoscope tube naturally droops, the upper end of the endoscope tube is connected to the upper end connecting tube 6, and the lower end of the endoscope tube is connected to the lower end connecting terminal 10, and the two endoscope tube wiping components 8 are controlled to move towards each other, so that the endoscope tube is squeezed and embraced in the endoscope tube wiping components 8, and the two endoscope tube wiping components 8 slide up and down along the rail 12 to clean the outer tube wall of the endoscope tube. A plurality of cleaning sprinklers 9 are oppositely connected to the vertical plates on both sides, and the lower surface of the top cover 4 is also connected with a plurality of cleaning sprinklers 9. The cleaning sprinklers 9 are connected to the power cabinet 2 through a plurality of pipelines running through the vertical plates on both sides and the top cover 4, and are connected with a pressure pump and an air pump in the power cabinet 2. The cleaning sprinklers 9 are used for spraying atomized disinfectant to the outer surface of the digestive endoscopy or blowing air to the outer surface of the digestive endoscopy to dry it. The upper end connecting tube 6 is used for pumping pressurized disinfectant or gas into the endoscope tube of the digestive endoscopy to sterilize and dry the inner wall of the endoscope tube.
The disinfection device with the above structure can automatically disinfect the digestive endoscopy after it is fixed, spray different disinfection solutions to the digestive endoscopy through the cleaning sprinklers 9, spray physiological saline after each disinfection solution spray, rinse the disinfection solution, blow and dry it again, and spray different disinfection solutions for the second time after drying; the reciprocating endoscope tube wiping components 8 can wipe and clean the outer surface of the endoscope tube. Because the endoscope tube is a part that enters the patient's body, it needs to be strictly disinfected and cleaned, and the operating part of the digestive endoscopy can meet the disinfection and cleaning requirements only by spraying and drying disinfectant. For the inner wall of the endoscope tube, the upper end connecting tube 6 and the lower end connecting terminal 10 are connected at both HUS05833 ends of the endoscope tube to form a disinfection solution conveying channel. The upper end connecting tube 6 is connected with a pressure pump and an air pump inside the power cabinet 2, so that the endoscope channel can be pressurized and washed. After the pressurized disinfection solution washes the foreign substances in the endoscope channel, it enters the waste liquid tank 1 through the lower end connecting terminal at the bottom. At the same time, the air pump blows air through the upper end connecting tube 6 to dry the endoscope channel, and high-pressure gas can quickly dry the endoscope channel.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the endoscope tube wiping component 8 is slidably connected to the rail 12 through a slider 13. The endoscope tube wiping component 8 includes a base 81, a rotating seat 82, a steering seat 83, a first extending arm 84, a second extending arm 85 and a clamping end 86, where the base 81 is hinged to the slider 13, and the rotating seat 82 is axially rotatably connected to one end of the base 81 far from the slider 13. One end of the rotating seat 82 far away from the base 81 is pivotally connected with the steering seat 83, and one end of the steering seat 83 far away from the rotating seat 82 is fixedly connected with a first extending arm 84, the end of the first extending arm 84 far away from the steering seat 83 is elastically connected to the second extending arm 85 in an axial direction, and the other end of the second extending arm 85 far away from the first extending arm 84 is fixedly connected with a clamping end 86, the clamping end 86 has a semi-circular structure, and two endoscope tube wiping components 8 are symmetrically arranged. The two clamping ends 86 with semi-circular structure can be close to or far away from each other with the contraction or expansion of the second extending arm 85. When the two clamping ends 86 are close, they are spliced into a complete ring, the complete ring is sleeved outside the endoscope tube and forms surface contact with the endoscope tube. When the slider 13 slides up and down along the rail 12, the two clamping ends 86 are wiped up and down on the surface of the endoscope tube. In order to adapt to the change of the bending angle of the endoscope tube, the endoscope tube wiping components 8 are provided with multiple steering and telescopic connection points, which can ensure the tightness of encircling HUS05833 the endoscope tube wiping component 8, make the wiping effect close to manual wiping, and exclude cleaning dead angle, thus greatly improving the cleaning efficiency and ensuring the cleaning effectiveness.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the endoscope tube wiping component 8 can be other structures with flexible deformation and can elastically encircle and clamp the endoscope tube, so as to simulate the manual wiping force and actively adapt to the changes of the position and angle of the endoscope tube.
In a further optimization scheme, the inner side of the two clamping ends 86, that is, the side in contact with the endoscopic tube, is pasted with flexible cleaning materials, such as cleaning cloth and sponges.
In a further optimization scheme, one endoscope tube wiping component 8 can be arranged, that is, only one endoscope tube wiping component 8 slides on one side vertical plate. At this time, the clamping end 86 of the endoscope tube wiping component 8 needs to have a complete annular structure, for example, it can be two semi-annular bodies which are movably connected in opposite directions. When in use, the two semi-annular bodies encircle and compress the endoscope tube.
In a further optimization scheme, the clamping end 86 in the above structure can be rotatably connected to the end of the second extending arm 85. When in use, the clamping end 86 can rotate around the axial direction of the endoscope tube to improve the wiping effect. The specific rotating structure can adopt the conventional means in the prior art, and is not limited here.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the fixing component 7 includes a fixed support base 72 fixedly connected to the end of the support arm 14, a telescopic rod 71 freely penetrating through the centre of the fixed support base 72 and telescopically connected to the end of the support arm 14, and both ends of the fixed support base 72 are respectively hinged with a first clamping arm 73 and a second clamping arm 74, and the first clamping arm 73 is also hinged with a first hinged connecting rod 75 near the fixed support base 72. The second clamping arm 74 is hinged with a second hinge link 76 symmetrical to the first hinge link 75 near the fixed support base 72. The first hinge link 75 and the second hinge link 76 are 17905588 simultaneously hinged at the end of the telescopic link 71 penetrating the fixed support base 72. When the telescopic link 71 telescopically slides in the support arm 14, the first hinge link 75 and the second hinge link 76 are driven to approach the fixed support base 72, and the first clamping arm 73 hinged at the other end of the first hinge link 75 and the second clamping arm 74 hinged at the other end of the second hinge link 76 are close to each other, forming a clamping to the middle position. At this time, the digestive endoscopy placed between the first clamping arm 73 and the second clamping arm 74 is fixedly clamped between them. More specifically, the opposite sides of the first clamping arm 73 and the second clamping arm 74 have tooth-shaped clamping surfaces, and the edges of the clamping surfaces have anti-detachment protrusions.
It can be understood that in the above structure, there is also a driving mechanism (not shown in the figure) for driving the telescopic rod 71 to slide axially, the driving mechanism is electrically connected to the power cabinet 2 and controlled by the electrical control module 5.
It should be understood that other parts with clamping and fixing structures can also be used as the alternative structure of the fixing component 7 in this embodiment, so as to fix the digestive endoscopy and prevent the digestive endoscopy from generating large displacement during spray disinfection and wiping cleaning.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the cleaning sprinkler 9 includes three nozzles, namely a first nozzle 91, a second nozzle 92 and a third nozzle 93, the three nozzles are respectively connected with different pressure pumps or air pumps, where the first nozzle 91 is connected with a disinfectant pressure pump, the second nozzle 92 is connected with a clean water pressure pump and the third nozzle is connected with an air pump. The first nozzle 91 is used to spray disinfectant to the digestive endoscopy, the second nozzle 92 is used to spray physiological saline for cleaning to the digestive endoscopy, and the third nozzle 93 is used to blow air to the digestive endoscopy to quickly dry water.
In a further optimization scheme, the bottom of the disinfection and cleaning cabinet 3 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 31, the plurality of water outlets HUS05833 31 respectively correspond to different chambers in the waste liquid tank 1, and each water outlet 31 is connected with an automatic valve, the automatic valves are electrically connected to the power cabinet 2, and the power cabinet 2 intelligently controls the opening and closing of each automatic valve, so that different disinfectant is discharged into different chambers.
In a further optimization scheme, a plurality of cleaning balls 15 can be placed in the upper end connector 6 in advance. When the pressure pump pumps liquid into the endoscope channel of the endoscope tube, the cleaning balls 15 enter the endoscope channel with the liquid to wipe and clean the inner wall of the endoscope tube.
In a further optimization scheme, the cleaning balls 15 have a structure as shown in FIG. 8, including magnetic centre balls 151 in the centres and flexible cleaning spherical surfaces 152 wrapped outside the magnetic centre balls 151, where the flexible cleaning spherical surfaces 152 can be cleaning cloth or sponges, and the magnetic centre balls 151 are permanent magnets; meanwhile, the clamping end 86 is also a permanent magnet, which is matched with the magnetic centre balls 151. As shown in FIG. 7, when the clamping end 86 reciprocates up and down on the periphery of the endoscope tube 16, the cleaning balls 15 move inside the endoscope tube 16 along with the movement of the clamping end 86, thus completing the wiping and cleaning of the inner wall of the endoscope tube 16. Compared with the simple pressurized liquid cleaning, the cleaning ball 15 can effectively remove the tissues attached to the inner wall of the endoscope tube 16, so as to achieve more thorough disinfection and cleaning, avoid the aggregation and mass reproduction of bacteria and viruses caused by the adhesion of tissues in the endoscope channel, and avoid the failure of disinfection and cleaning.
The working principle and effect of the embodiment of the invention are as follows:
First, opening the transparent cabinet door, controlling the electric control module 5 to open the fixing component 7, putting the digestive endoscopy into the cabinet, controlling the electric control module 5, and making the two clamping arms of the fixing component 7 clamp and fix the operating part of the digestive endoscopy; HUS05833 then, connecting the upper end of the endoscope tube 16 to the upper end connecting tube 6, and connecting the lower end of the endoscope tube to the lower end connecting terminal 10 to ensure the complete connection; controlling the electric control module 5 and controlling the endoscope tube wiping component 8 to control the endoscope tube wiping assembly 8 to encircle the endoscope tube 16, so as to complete the loading of the digestive endoscope, and closing the transparent cabinet door.
Operating the electrical control module 5, setting the spraying or pressing time of each disinfectant, setting the wiping reciprocating times of the endoscope tube wiping component 8, and then starting the automatic control program, the automatic control program includes:
Step 1: disinfecting the digestive endoscopy with disinfectant (o-phthalaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water, compound chlorine-containing disinfectant, etc.). Specifically, the cleaning sprinkler 9 continuously sprays disinfectant on the surface of the digestive endoscopy for 1-3 minutes, and then stops spraying and standing for 5 minutes. The upper end connecting tube 6 injects the pressurized disinfectant into the endoscope channel of the endoscope tube 16, and opens the drain valve of the lower end connecting terminal 10 for continuous flushing for 1-2 minutes, and then closes the drain valve of the lower end connecting terminal 10 for immersion for 5 minutes.
Step 2, rinsing the digestive endoscopy with clean water, and repeating the operation of step 1, excepting that the cleaning sprinkler 9 and the upper end connecting pipe 6 spray or inject clean water (such as physiological saline) at this time.
