Abstract
The present invention discloses a wire harness port with a rubber plug, which comprises: a housing, wherein a plurality of receiving cavities are arranged in parallel in the housing, a rubber plug slot is arranged at an end of the receiving cavities, and at least three binding posts are arranged in the rubber plug slot; a copper sheet is provided in each of the receiving cavities and is connected to the binding posts; a T-shaped groove is arranged in an upper surface of the housing, and a rubber plug is arranged in the slot so that a lower surface of the rubber plug is in contact with the binding posts. By designing a wire harness port in which the inner wire harness connection can be easily replaced, the wire harness and the wire harness port can be reconnected if the connection between them breaks, avoiding the loose connection.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of wire harness ports, and in particular to a wire harness port with a rubber plug.
BACKGROUND A wire harness is a connecting member for connecting electric elements inside a product, and typically comprises cables, and connecting terminals mounted at the ends of the cables. The connecting terminals are used as connecting ports for the wire harness. At present, the connecting ports of the wire harness are fixed in a crimping mode when being connected. However, the wire ends of the wire harness are extruded by brute force and thus deformed in the process of crimping, generally leading to breaks in the connections between the wire harness and the connecting ports after long-term use and gradually to loose connections that affect the use. Therefore, it is necessary to design a wire harness port in which reconnection can be performed.
SUMMARY The present invention is intended to provide a wire harness port with a rubber plug. In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention adopts the following: a wire harness port with a rubber plug, comprising: a housing, wherein a plurality of receiving cavities are arranged in parallel in the housing, a rubber plug slot is arranged at an end of the receiving cavities, and at least three binding posts are arranged in the rubber plug slot; a copper sheet is arranged in each of the receiving cavities and is connected to the binding posts; a T- shaped groove is arranged in an upper surface of the housing, and a rubber plug is arranged in the slot so that a lower surface of the rubber plug is in contact with the binding posts. Preferably, eight receiving cavities are arranged, and each of the receiving cavities is provided with an opening on a side near the rubber plug slot; positioning posts are distributed at equal distance in each of the receiving cavities.

LU502192 Preferably, a cross section of the rubber plug slot is T-shaped, and the rubber plug slot is provided with rectangular openings on a side near the receiving cavities, with the rectangular openings matching the receiving cavities in terms of quantity. Preferably, protrusions are arranged at equal distance on the copper sheet, and a through hole is formed between each two protrusions to match the positioning post. Preferably, the protrusions have a semi-circular shape. Preferably, the housing comprises a lower housing and a housing cover, with the lower housing and the housing cover pined together, and two sides of the lower housing have curved converging surfaces, and mating surfaces whose width is less than that of the converging surfaces. Particularly, eight receiving cavities 2 are arranged, and each of the receiving cavities 2 is provided with an opening 201 on a side near the rubber plug slot 3; positioning columns 202 are distributed at equal distance in each of the receiving cavities 2. Eight positioning columns are arranged in each of the receiving cavities.
Protrusions 401 are arranged at equal distance on the copper sheets 4, and a through hole 402 is formed between each two protrusions 401 to match the positioning post 202. The protrusions 401 have a semi-circular shape.
The copper sheets are placed in the receiving cavities, and the highest points of the semi-circular protrusions of the copper sheets are higher than the receiving cavities.
A cross section of the rubber plug slot 3 is T-shaped, and the rubber plug slot is provided with rectangular openings 302 on a side near the receiving cavities 2, with the rectangular openings 302 matching the receiving cavities 2 in terms of quantity.
The rubber plug 5 has a height equal to a height from an upper surface of the binding posts 301 to an upper surface of the housing cover 103. The copper sheet 4 is arranged in each of the receiving cavities 2 and is connected to the binding posts 301; When the copper sheets are placed in the receiving cavities and connected to the binding posts by copper wires, the copper wires are passed through the openings and the rectangular openings.
An external wire harness is connected to the binding posts.
A T-shaped groove 101 is arranged in an upper surface of the housing 1, and the rubber plug 5 is arranged in the slot so that a lower surface of the rubber plug 5 is in contact with the binding posts 301. The rubber plug is pressed down to press the binding posts, and the copper wires placed on the binding posts fall off.
When a loose connection occurs or the outer port of the wire harness breaks, the rubber plug is 02192 removed, and the wire harness is reconnected to the binding posts, thereby achieving the replacement of the wire harness.
Further, the housing 1 comprises a lower housing 102 and a housing cover 103, with the lower housing 102 and the housing cover 103 pined together, and two sides of the lower housing 102 have curved converging surfaces 104, and mating surfaces 105 whose width is less than that of the converging surfaces.
By designing a wire harness port in which the inner wire harness connection can be easily replaced, the wire harness and the wire harness port can be reconnected if the connection between them breaks, avoiding the loose connection.

2. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 1, wherein eight receiving cavities are arranged, and each of the receiving cavities is provided with an opening on a side near the rubber plug slot; positioning posts are distributed at equal distance in each of the receiving cavities.
3. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 1, wherein a cross section of the rubber plug slot is T-shaped, and the rubber plug slot is provided with rectangular openings on a side near the receiving cavities, with the rectangular openings matching the receiving cavities in terms of quantity.
4. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 2, wherein protrusions are arranged at equal distance on the copper sheet, and a through hole is formed between each two protrusions to match the positioning post.
5. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 4, wherein the protrusions have a semi-circular shape.
6. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a lower housing and a housing cover, with the lower housing and the housing cover pined together, and two sides of the lower housing have curved converging surfaces, and have mating surfaces whose width is less than that of the converging surfaces.
7. The wire harness port with a rubber plug according to claim 6, wherein the rubber plug has a height equal to a height from an upper surface of the binding posts to an upper surface of the housing cover.
