Abstract

Described is an intelligent seed tape braider, used to adjust a seed spacing on a seed tape according to a ground evenness level during sowing, and comprises the following components disposed successively along a motion direction: a winding disk, on which a seed tape is wound; a supporting roller, the outer wall of which is provided with a ring groove; a supporting table, the upper surface of which is in contact with the seed tape, wherein a groove is disposed in the upper surface of the supporting table, a stapler mounting groove communicated with the groove is disposed in the supporting table, and a collection cavity is disposed at the lower part of the supporting table; a pressing bar, which is movably disposed on the supporting table and is of a 7- shaped structure, wherein a lifting mechanism is disposed between the vertical part of the pressing bar and the supporting table, and the horizontal part of the pressing bar is disposed above the groove; a cutting and connection unit, which is used to cut and then reconnect the seed tape; and a compaction unit which comprises a pair of pressing rollers disposed up and down. According to the present invention, the spacing between two seeds on a certain section of the seed tape is adjusted by cutting and reconnecting the seed tape, so as to ensure uniformity of a sowing spacing.

Description

INTELLIGENT SEED TAPE BRAIDER LU501372 Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of sowing, in particular to an intelligent seed tape braider.
Background The appearance of seed tapes can be used to realize equidistant sowing. Seeds are glued to a seed tape in advance, and the seed tape is coiled into a roll. During use, the seed tape is spread on the ground, and then seeds are pressed into the soil to realize sowing. However, due to unevenness of the ground, horizontal distances among seeds are not uniform after the seed tape is spread on the soil surface, which leads to uneven sowing.
Summary The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intelligent seed tape braider, which is used to adjust a seed spacing on a seed tape according to a ground evenness level during sowing.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problems is as follows: an intelligent seed tape braider comprises the following components disposed successively along a motion direction: a winding disk, on which a seed tape is wound; a supporting roller, the outer wall of which is provided with a ring groove; a supporting table, the upper surface of which is in contact with the seed tape, wherein a groove is disposed in the upper surface of the supporting table, a stapler mounting groove communicated with the groove is disposed in the supporting table, and a collection cavity is disposed at the lower part of the supporting table; a pressing bar, which is movably disposed on the supporting table and is of a 7-shaped structure, wherein a lifting mechanism is disposed between the vertical part of the pressing bar and the supporting table, and the horizontal part of the pressing bar is disposed above the groove; a cutting and connection unit, which comprises a stapler hinged in the stapler mounting groove, an electric telescopic rod disposed between the stapler and the inner wall of the stapler mounting groove, and a cutter disposed on the stapler and facing the groove, wherein when the electric telescopic rod is extended, a part of the stapler is driven to extend into the groove and contact with the inner wall of the groove; and a poking unit is disposed between the collection cavity and the groove for poking the seed tape cut off in the groove into the collection cavity; and a compaction unit, which comprises a pair of pressing rollers disposed up and down.
Further, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor disposed in the supporting table and 501372 a gear fixed at an output end of the lifting motor and engaged with the vertical part of the pressing bar.
Further, the poking unit comprises a swing motor disposed in the supporting table and a poking lever fixed at an output end of the swing motor, wherein an arc-shaped track groove is disposed in the supporting table, the poking lever is disposed in the track groove, and the track groove is communicated with the groove and the collection cavity.
Further, a fan is disposed at a right end of the collection cavity, and an air hole is disposed at a left end of the collection cavity.
Further, a bottom plate is disposed at the bottom of the collection cavity, a first end of the bottom plate is hinged with the supporting table, and a second end of the bottom plate is buckled with the supporting table.
Further, the outer wall of the upper pressing roller is provided with a ring groove, and the outer walls of the two pressing rollers are in contact with each other.
Further, an ear plate is disposed in the stapler mounting groove, and the lower end of the stapler is hinged with the ear plate.
The present invention has the beneficial effects that the intelligent seed tape braider provided by the present invention adjusts the spacing between two seeds on a certain section of the seed tape by cutting and reconnecting the seed tape under use, so as to ensure uniformity of a sowing spacing.

Detailed Description As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 12, the present invention mainly comprises a winding disk 1, a supporting roller 2, a supporting table 3, a pressing bar 4, a cutting and connection unit, a poking unit and a compaction unit. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the winding disk 1 is of a cylindrical structure; a seed tape 11 is wound on the outer wall of the winding disk; and seeds are glued and fixed on the seed tape with an equal spacing between the seeds.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the supporting roller 2 is of a cylindrical structure. The supporting roller is disposed at the rear side of the winding disk along a motion direction of the seed tape. The outer wall of the supporting roller is provided with a ring groove having width equal to that of the seed tape, so that the seed tape is limited and the seed tape is limited between two end faces of the ring groove. The supporting roller is used to support and limit the seed tape.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the supporting table 3 is of a cuboid structure, and is disposed on the rear side of the supporting roller along the motion direction of the seed tape. As shown in Fig. 4, a groove 31 is disposed in the upper surface of the supporting table, a collection cavity 32 is disposed at the lower part of the supporting table, an air hole 33 communicated with the collection cavity and penetrating the left end face of the supporting table is disposed on the left end of the supporting table, and an arc-shaped track groove 34 communicated with the groove and the collection cavity is disposed in the upper part of the supporting table. As shown in Fig. 5, a pressing bar mounting groove 35 is disposed in the rear end of the upper part of the supporting table, and is also communicated with the groove. As shown in Fig. 11, a stapler mounting groove 36 communicated with the groove is further disposed in the upper part of the supporting table, and a bottom plate 37 is disposed on the bottom of the supporting table. When the bottom plate is opened, the collection cavity is communicated with the outside, so it is convenient to take out the seed tape in the collection cavity, and after the bottom plate is closed, the collection cavity is separated from the outside. A first end of the bottom plate is hinged with the supporting table, and a second end of the bottom plate is buckled with the supporting table.
The pressing bar is disposed in the pressing bar mounting groove and the groove. As shown in Fig. 6, the pressing bar is of a 7-shaped structure; the lower end of the pressing bar is placed in the pressing bar mounting groove; and a lifting mechanism which drives the pressing bar to move up and down is disposed in the pressing bar mounting groove. As shown in Fig. 5, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor 42 disposed in the pressing bar mounting groove and a gear 501372 41 fixed at an output end of the lifting motor and engaged with the vertical part of the pressing bar. Under the action of the lifting mechanism, the horizontal part of the pressing bar can extend into the groove.
A swing motor 51 is disposed in the collection cavity, and a poking lever 5 is fixed at an output end of the swing motor. As shown in Fig. 7, the poking lever is of a 7-shaped structure, and the horizontal part of the poking lever is placed in the track groove. Under the action of the swing motor, the horizontal part of the poking lever moves in the track groove. The poking lever and the swing motor constitute a poking unit.
As shown in Fig. 8, an ear plate 61 is disposed in the stapler mounting groove, and a stapler 6 is hinged on the ear plate. An electric telescopic rod 62 is disposed between the stapler and the inner wall of the stapler mounting groove. Under the action of the electric telescopic rod, the stapler is driven to swing around a hinge point. In a swing process, the stapler can turn from complete placement in the stapler mounting groove to partial extension into the groove. A cutter 63 is disposed on the stapler, and the stapler, the cutter and the electric telescopic rod constitute a cutting and connection unit, through which cutting of the seed tape and reconnection after cutting are realized.
As shown in Fig. 1, a compaction unit is disposed on the rear side of the supporting table, and comprises a pair of pressing rollers 9 disposed up and down. The outer wall of the upper pressing roller is also provided with a ring groove to avoid seeds on the seed tape. The outer walls of the two pressing rollers are in contact with each other, so that the seed tape to be spread on the upper surface of soil can be levelled and compacted.
A fan 7 is disposed on the right side wall of the collection cavity, and the fan and the air hole are aligned in left and right directions.
The working principle of the present invention will be described below: (1) The seed tape is detached from the winding disk, then comes into contact with the outer wall of the supporting roller, then comes into contact with the upper surface of the supporting table, and is led out after being compacted and levelled by the two pressing rollers; (2) When the whole machine detects that evenness of the soil surface is within a reasonable threshold, the seed tape moves from left to right along the upper surface of the supporting table; (3) When the whole machine detects that the soil surface is uneven or the seeds on the seed tape are uneven, the lifting mechanism drives the pressing bar to move down. As shown in Fig. 9, the horizontal part of the pressing bar presses the seed tape into the groove, and a pressing depth is determined according to the unevenness degree of the soil surface or a seed spacing on the seed tape; and then the pressing bar is reset; (4) As shown in Fig. 10, when the pressing bar moves down to a needed position, the cutting and connection unit acts, and both ends of the seed tape at a notch of the groove are bound together by the stapler; and when the stapler binds the seed tape together, the cutter cuts, 501372 the seed tape close to two inner walls of the groove to form a cutting part 12, which is equivalent to cutting off a section from the seed tape and then reconnecting the section; (5) Then, the seed tape continues to move to the side of the compaction unit. As shown in Fig.
5 12, the seed tape of a binding part is removed from the groove and returned to the top of the supporting table: (6) The poking lever swings from the right end to the left end of the track groove under driving of the swing motor. As shown in Fig. 11, when the poking lever is placed in the groove, the poking lever contacts with the cutting part to poke the cutting part from the groove into the collection cavity; and under the action of the fan, the cutting part hung on the poking lever is blown off into the collection cavity, and then the poking lever is reset. The present invention adjusts the spacing between two seeds 8 on a certain section of the seed tape by cutting and reconnecting the seed tape under use, so as to ensure uniformity of the sowing spacing.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent seed tape braider, comprising the following components disposed successively along a motion direction: — a winding disk, on which a seed tape is wound, — a supporting roller, the outer wall of which is provided with a ring groove; — a supporting table, the upper surface of which is in contact with the seed tape, wherein a groove is disposed in the upper surface of the supporting table, a stapler mounting groove communicated with the groove is disposed in the supporting table, and a collection cavity is disposed at the lower part of the supporting table: — a pressing bar, which is movably disposed on the supporting table and is of a 7-shaped structure, wherein a lifting mechanism is disposed between the vertical part of the pressing bar and the supporting table, and the horizontal part of the pressing bar is disposed above the groove; — a cutting and connection unit, which comprises a stapler hinged in the stapler mounting groove, an electric telescopic rod disposed between the stapler and the inner wall of the stapler mounting groove, and a cutter disposed on the stapler and facing the groove, wherein when the electric telescopic rod is extended, a part of the stapler is driven to extend into the groove and contact with the inner wall of the groove; and a poking unit is disposed between the collection cavity and the groove for poking the seed tape cut off in the groove into the collection cavity; and — a compaction unit, which comprises a pair of pressing rollers disposed up and down.
2. The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor disposed in the supporting table and a gear fixed at an output end of the lifting motor and engaged with the vertical part of the pressing bar.

The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 1, wherein the poking unit comprises a swing motor disposed in the supporting table and a poking lever fixed at an output end of the swing motor; an arc-shaped track groove is disposed in the supporting table, the poking lever is disposed in the track groove, and the track groove is communicated with the groove and the collection cavity.
4. The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 3, wherein a fan is disposed at a right end of the collection cavity, and an air hole is disposed at a left end of the collection cavity.
5. The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 3, wherein a bottom plate is disposed at 501372 the bottom of the collection cavity, a first end of the bottom plate is hinged with the supporting table, and a second end of the bottom plate is buckled with the supporting table.
6. The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the upper pressing roller is provided with a ring groove, and the outer walls of the two pressing rollers are in contact with each other.
7. The intelligent seed tape braider according to claim 1, wherein an ear plate is disposed in the stapler mounting groove, and the lower end of the stapler is hinged with the ear plate.
