A grouting plugging device includes a bracket, with one open end connected to a plugging device; an outer wall of a first sealing ring is abutted against an inner wall of a grouting mouth; a plugging block is provided with a first bulge; the upper end of the first sealing ring is abutted against the first bulge, and the lower end of the first sealing ring is abutted against a second bulge; one end of a second sealing ring is abutted against a third bulge, and the other end of the second sealing ring is abutted against a pipe pile hoop body; another open end of the bracket is connected with a clamping device; the clamping device is connected with a clamping block; the clamping block is connected with a soft gasket; and the soft gasket is abutted against an outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body.

Description

DESCRIPTION GROUTING PLUGGING DEVICE FOR GROUTING CONSTRUCTION OF OFFSHORE WIND POWER INFRASTRUCTURES
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of grouting plugging devices and particularly relates to a grouting plugging device for grouting construction of offshore wind power infrastructures. | BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION | Offshore wind energy serving as clean energy has wide application prospects. | Offshore wind power and wind power resources are stronger and more stable than | onshore wind power, occupy no land resource, and are slightly affected by ambient | environmental factors. Meanwhile, the offshore wind power resources are vast in | territory and huge in potential, and are particularly rich, high-quality and clean novel | energy resources for some countries with long coastlines. Infrastructures of offshore | wind farms mainly include a gravity type, a single pile type, a suction type, a three-pile | (multi-pile) jacket type and a floating type. Grouting connection is a typical method for | connection between an offshore fan supporting structure and a pile foundation. | Moreover, grouting is also the key technology of construction of the whole fan | infrastructure. The success of the grouting directly affects environmental loading | resistance and service life of the fan infrastructure, while validity of plugging of the | grouting material is a very important condition of judging whether the grouting is | successful. In most of the existing plugging devices, a plugging block and a plugging | agent are used together; operations are time-consuming; the plugging agent is disposable; plugging cost is relatively high; and working efficiency is low.
Based on this, the present invention designs a grouting plugging device for grouting construction of offshore wind power infrastructures to solve the above technical problems.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION A purpose of the present invention is to provide a grouting plugging device for grouting construction of offshore wind power infrastructures, for solving the above | problems. j In order to realize the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following | technical solutions: the grouting plugging device for grouting construction of offshore | wind power infrastructures includes a bracket. The bracket has a U-shaped cross section. | One open end of the bracket is connected with a plugging device; the plugging device | includes a plugging block, a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring; the first sealing | ring is sleeved on an outer wall of the plugging block; an outer wall of the first sealing | ring is abutted against an inner wall of a grouting mouth on a pipe pile hoop body; the | outer wall of the plugging block is provided with a first bulge; the upper end of the first | sealing ring is abutted against the first bulge, and the lower end of the first sealing ring | is abutted against a second bulge in the grouting mouth on the pipe pile hoop body; the | second sealing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the first bulge; the plugging block is | provided with a third bulge matched with the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body; one | end of the second sealing ring is abutted against the third bulge, and the other end of the | second sealing ring is abutted against the pipe pile hoop body; and the plugging block is | fixedly connected with the bracket by virtue of the third bulge. | Another open end of the bracket is connected with a clamping device used for | fixing the plugging device on the outer wall of a pipe pile; the clamping device is connected with a clamping block; one side of the clamping block close to the pipe pile hoop body is connected with a soft gasket; and the soft gasket is abutted against the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body.
Preferably, the clamping device includes a quick clamp and a reducing sleeve; an ejector rod in the quick clamp is in screwed connection with the reducing sleeve; and the reducing sleeve is rotationally connected with the clamping block.
Preferably, reinforcing ribs are arranged on both sides of the bracket.
Preferably, antiskid stripes are arranged on one side of the soft gasket close to the pipe pile hoop body.
| Preferably, the two open ends of the bracket are respectively connected with | supporting rods; and each supporting rod is connected with the pipe pile hoop body.
| Compared with the prior art, the present invention has beneficial effects as follows: | the plugging device is aligned at the grouting mouth formed in the pipe pile hoop body | during use; the ejector rod in the quick clamp is controlled to retract by pressing a | handle in the quick clamp, so that the soft gasket is abutted against the outer wall of the | pipe pile hoop body so as to fix the device; and after the device is fixed, the first sealing | ring and the second sealing ring are compressed to deform, so that a gap between the | plugging device and the grouting mouth is filled, thereby preventing a grouting material | from leaking out of the plugging device. The device is rapidly installed by virtue of the | quick clamp. Moreover, with the adoption of the reusable first and second sealing rings, | plugging cost is decreased, drying time of the plugging agent is decreased, and working | efficiency is increased.

Embodiments: Referring to Figs. 1-4, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows: a grouting plugging device for grouting construction of offshore wind power infrastructures includes a bracket 1. The bracket 1 has a U-shaped cross section. One open end of the bracket 1 is connected with a plugging device 2; the plugging device 2 includes a plugging block 3, a first sealing ring 4 and a second sealing ring 5; the first sealing ring 4 and the second sealing ring 5 are reusable; the first sealing ring 4 is sleeved on an outer wall of the plugging block 3; an outer wall of the first sealing ring 4 is abutted against an inner wall of a grouting mouth on a pipe pile hoop body 15; the | outer wall of the plugging block 3 is provided with a first bulge 6; the upper end of the | first sealing ring 4 is abutted against the first bulge 6, and the lower end of the first | sealing ring 4 is abutted against a second bulge 16 in the grouting mouth on the pipe | pile hoop body 15; the second sealing ring 5 is sleeved on the outer wall of the first | bulge 6; the plugging block 3 is provided with a third bulge 7 matched with the outer | wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15; one end of the second sealing ring 5 is abutted j against the third bulge 7, and the other end of the second sealing ring 5 is abutted | against the pipe pile hoop body 15; and the plugging block 3 is fixedly connected with | the bracket 1 by virtue of the third bulge 7.
] Another open end of the bracket 1 is connected with a clamping device 8 used for | fixing the plugging device 2 on the outer wall of a pipe pile; the clamping device 8 is | connected with a clamping block 9; one side of the clamping block 9 close to the pipe | pile hoop body 15 is connected with a soft gasket 10; and the soft gasket 10 is abutted | against the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15.
| Specifically, the clamping device 8 includes a quick clamp 11 and a reducing | sleeve 13; the quick clamp 11 has a model of WDC303-EM; an ejector rod in the quick ;
clamp 11 is in screwed connection with the reducing sleeve 13; and the reducing sleeve 13 is rotationally connected with the clamping block 9. A distance from the clamping block 9 to the side of the bracket 1 is adjusted by virtue of the reducing sleeve 13, so as to adapt to pipe pile hoop bodies 15 of different diameters.
Specifically, reinforcing ribs 12 are arranged on both sides of the bracket 1. Due to the reinforcing ribs 12, both sides of the bracket 1 are prevented from opening under stress when the pipe pile hoop body 15 is ejected by the quick clamp 11. Specifically, antiskid stripes are arranged on one side of the soft gasket 10 close to the pipe pile hoop body 15. Due to the antiskid stripes, frictional force between the soft gasket 10 and the pipe pile hoop body 15 is increased, thereby preventing the bracket 1 | from sliding down from the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15. | Specifically, the two open ends of the bracket 1 are respectively connected with | supporting rods 14; each supporting rod 14 is connected with the pipe pile hoop body 15; | and the supporting rods 14 are hinged with the bracket 1. In front of the device and the | pipe pile hoop body 15, the supporting rods 14 rotate outwards, so that the bracket 1 | may be sleeved on the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15. After the bracket 1 is | placed, the supporting rods 14 are connected with the pipe pile hoop body 15. By virtue | of the connection between the supporting rods 14 and the pipe pile hoop body 15, a | problem that the device is infirm in fixation because the open ends of the bracket 1 are | opened under stress when the pipe pile hoop body 15 is ejected by the quick clamp 11 is | solved. | One specific application of the present invention is as follows: when the present | invention is used, the plugging block 3 is aligned at the grouting mouth formed in the | pipe pile hoop body 15, and the handle in the quick clamp 11 is pressed by hand, so that | the ejector rod in the quick clamp 11 stretches out, and the clamping block 9 and the | soft gasket 10 approach the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15 under drive of the ejector rod until the ejector rod of the quick clamp 11 reaches an extreme stretching position. Thus, the device is fixed on the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15.
When the device is fixed on the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15, the first sealing ring 4 is extruded by the first bulge 6 and the second bulge 16 and deformed; thus, the gap between the plugging block 3 and the grouting mouth is further filled, thereby preventing the grouting material from leaking out of the grouting mouth. The second sealing ring 5 is extruded by the outer wall of the pipe pile hoop body 15 and the third bulge 7 and deformed, and the gap between the plugging device 2 and the grouting mouth is filled, thereby preventing the grouting material from leaking out of the plugging device 2. The second sealing ring 5 is a second seal, for preventing seal failure of the first sealing ring 4. Meanwhile, by virtue of the second sealing ring 5, a problem that the quick clamp 11 is labor-consuming to press because two hard surfaces are in mutual abutment when the third bulge 7 and the pipe pile hoop body 15 are clamped is solved.
When the pipe pile hoop bodies 15 of different diameters need to be plugged, the reducing sleeve 13 is rotated by a spanner, and thus the distance from the clamping block 9 to the side of the bracket 1 is adjusted, so that clamping force of the device is invariable when the pipe pile hoop bodies 15 of different diameters are plugged.
