Abstract

The present invention discloses an ergonomics-based postural cushion device for thyroid surgery, which solves the problems of failure in adaptive change with individual difference of patients, poor surgical field exposure and long surgery time, and can ensure stable surgical field for medical workers, reduce the surgery time and facilitate accurate medical research on the size of a surgical posture. With a mattress and various soft pillows, the pressure of various parts of the patient's body can be dispersed to the greatest extent. According to the technical solution, the device comprises a support frame composed of two parallel guide rails and connecting plates at ends thereof, wherein a head support portion, a neck support portion, a shoulder support portion and a knee support portion capable of sliding and rotating relative to the support frame are sequentially mounted on the support frame, and are adjustable in height; and the rotating angles, heights and mutual spacing of the head support portion, the neck support portion, the shoulder support portion and the knee support portion are adjusted to adapt to different patients.
