Abstract

The present invention discloses a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system. A front blocking device fixedly installed on a support is arranged at the front end of a round blade, and a rear blocking device is disposed at the rear end of the round blade. A heat conduction layer, a heating layer and a heat insulation layer sequentially adhere to and are arranged on one side of the round blade from inside to outside; and a heat preservation layer adheres to and is arranged on the other side of the round blade. A smoke hood is connected to and arranged on the left side and the right side and the top between the front blocking device and the rear blocking device. The bottom surface of the handle is provided with an air suction port, and a micro suction fan is arranged in the handle; the tail end of the handle is provided with an air outlet, the handle is provided with a temperature regulating switch and a switch button, and the inner side of the smoke hood is provided with a temperature control switch for controlling the heating layer. The heating type round knife cutting machine with the smoke discharging system has the advantages that chemical fiber fabrics can be cut easily through the heating type round knife cutting machine with the smoke discharging system; meanwhile, the smoke hood and the micro suction fan are added, so smoke is discharged, and the heating type round knife cutting machine is simple in structure and convenient to use.

HEATING TYPE ROUND KNIFE CUTTING MACHINE WITH SMOKE DISCHARGING SYSTEM
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of clothing equipment, and in particular to a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system.
Related Art
It is difficult to cut chemical fiber fabrics. Generally these chemical fiber fabrics are integrally formed, thereby resulting in waste of cloth. In the prior art, the chemical fiber fabrics can be heated and cut through a resistance wire. However, this method is inconvenient to use. In addition, when a round blade is heated, smoke is emitted, and the smoke affects an internal structure of a round knife cutting machine. Therefore, a round knife cutting machine needs to be designed, to cut fiber cloth and be capable of discharging smoke.
Summary
Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system, comprising a support, a motor and a round blade, where the motor is mounted on the support, a power shaft is installed on the support, and the round blade is detachably mounted on the power shaft; a handle is installed on the motor, and a base disc for guiding the round knife cutting machine to move is mounted below the round blade; the handle is provided with a starting switch for controlling the motor; a front blocking device fixedly installed on the support is arranged at the front end of the round blade, and the front blocking device is a groove strip; the round blade is buckled in a groove of the front blocking device; a rear blocking device is disposed at the rear end of the round blade and composed of two stainless steel plates; the stainless steel plates are evenly distributed on the two sides of the round blade and fixed to the support; the round blade is made of a tungsten steel material; a heat conduction layer, a heating layer and a heat insulation layer sequentially adhere to and are arranged on one side of the round blade from inside to outside; a heat preservation layer adheres to and is arranged on the other side of the round blade; a smoke hood is connected to and arranged on the left side and the right side and the top between the front blocking device and the rear blocking device; the bottom surface of the handle is provided with an air suction port, and a micro suction fan is arranged in the handle; the tail end of the handle is provided with an air outlet, the handle is provided with a temperature regulating switch for controlling temperature of the heating layer and a switch button for controlling the micro suction fan to operate, and the inner side of the smoke hood is provided with a temperature control switch for controlling the heating layer.
Furthermore, the heating layer is a resistance wire, and the resistance wire is set to be one circle and is close to the position of the edge of the round blade.
The heating type round knife cutting machine with the smoke discharging system according to the present invention has the advantages that: (1) According to the heating type round knife cutting machine with the smoke discharging system, chemical fiber fabrics can be cut easily by heating the round blade; meanwhile, the smoke hood and the micro suction fan are added, so smoke is discharged, and the heating type round knife cutting machine is simple in structure and convenient to use. (2) The heating layer is the resistance wire and is long in service life, the resistance wire is set to be one circle and is close to the position of the edge of the round blade; only the position of a knife edge of the round blade needs to be heated, and unnecessary waste is avoided. (3) The round blade is made of a tungsten steel material and is high in hardness and resistant to abrasion, heat and corrosion.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system according to the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a structural schematic diagram of a heated position of a round blade of a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system according to the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a heating type round knife cutting machine with a smoke discharging system provided by the present invention comprises a support 1, a motor 2 and a round blade 3, where the motor 2 is mounted on the support 1, a power shaft is installed on the support 1, and the round blade 3 is detachably mounted on the power shaft; the round blade 3 is made of a tungsten steel material and is high in hardness and resistant to abrasion, heat and corrosion; a heat conduction layer 4, a heating layer 5 and a heat insulation layer 6 sequentially adhere to and are arranged on one side of the round blade 3 from inside to outside; the heating layer 5 is a resistance wire, and the resistance wire is set to be one circle and is close to the position of the edge of the round blade 3; a heat preservation layer 7 adheres to and is arranged on the other side of the round blade 3; a front blocking device 8 fixedly installed on the support 1 is arranged at the front end of the round blade 3, and the front blocking device 8 is a groove strip; the round blade 3 is buckled in a groove of the front blocking device 8; a rear blocking device 18 is disposed at the rear end of the round blade 3 and composed of two stainless steel plates; the stainless steel plates are evenly distributed on the two sides of the round blade 3 and fixed to the support 1 ; a smoke hood 9 is arranged on the left side and the right side between the front blocking device 8 and the rear blocking device 18; the inner side of the smoke hood 9 is provided with a temperature control switch for controlling the heating layer 5; a handle 10 is installed on the motor 2, the bottom surface of the handle 10 is provided with an air suction port 11, and a micro suction fan 12 is arranged in the handle 10; the tail end of the handle 10 is provided with an air outlet 13, the handle 10 is provided with a starting switch 14 for controlling the motor 2, a temperature regulating switch 15 for controlling temperature of the heating layer 5 and a switch button 16 for controlling the micro suction fan 12 to operate, and a base disc 17 for guiding the round knife cutting machine to move is mounted below the round blade 3.
The round blade 3 is heated through the resistance wire of the heating layer 5. The round blade 3 and the heating layer 5 transfer heat through the heat conduction layer 4, and the heat insulation layer 6 is arranged outside the heating layer 5, to prevent hot air from scalding hands; the heat insulation layer 7 is arranged on the other side of the round blade 3, to solve the problem that the other side of the round blade 3 is too low in temperature, which leads to the cutting failure.
When a chemical fiber fabric reaches 120-170°C and is in a molten state, the chemical fiber fabric can be cut easily. When the heating type round knife cutting machine is used to cut the chemical fiber fabric, after the temperature regulating switch 15 is regulated to a desired temperature, the starting switch 14 is switched on, the switch button 16 for controlling the micro suction fan 12 to operate is turned on at the same time, and the fabric is cut; during cutting, because the round blade 3 is heated through the resistance wire, some smoke is generated; the smoke hood 9 above the round blade 3 can prevent smoke from being scattered around; meanwhile, the micro suction fan 12 in the handle 10 can draw out the smoke from the smoke hood 9, and the smoke enters the handle 10 and is emitted through the air outlet 13. When the temperature is higher than a set temperature, the temperature control switch automatically stops the heating of the round blade 3 by the resistance wire, and after the fabric is cut, the starting switch 14 and the switch button 16 are switched off.
