Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and in particular to a multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle. The multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle comprises a vehicle main body and an urgent repair device carriage. The urgent repair device carriage is provided with a cover body, and in a working state, the cover body is overturned upwards through 90 degrees to be opened. A state display instrument table for an urgent repair device is arranged on the inner side of the cover body. A diesel generator set, a standby oil tank, a power distribution control box, a lighting lamp, a vehicle-mounted welding device, an electric winch, an electric air pump and a pair of electric tongs are arranged in the urgent repair device carriage. The multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle according to the present invention integrates the diesel generator set, the standby oil tank, the power distribution control box, the lighting lamp, the vehicle-mounted welding device, the electric winch, the electric air pump, the pair of electric tongs and an infrared camera shooting monitoring system. The vehicle main body is a pickup truck, the urgent repair device carriage is provided with the openable cover body, devices are placed on the two sides of the carriage, and the state display instrument table is arranged on the inner side of the cover body, and thus the engineering vehicle is complete in functions, good in maneuverability, convenient to operate and large in space.

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery recovery vehicles, and in particular to a multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle.
Related Art
An engineering machinery recovery vehicle is composed of a vehicle main body and a repair device carriage and is mainly used for field urgent repair and maintenance of engineering machinery on the construction site. The engineering machinery recovery vehicle has basic engineering machinery device repair conditions, includes a generator, a welding device, an air pump device, a benchwork device, a lighting device, as well as ordinary dismantling and installation tools, etc., ensures that urgent repair work is finished smoothly, can also be used for supporting urgent repair tasks, and is an efficient mobile multifunctional engineering machinery urgent repair engineering vehicle.
Summary
Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: A multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle, comprising a vehicle main body and an urgent repair device carriage; the urgent repair device carriage is provided with a cover body; in a working state, the cover body is overturned upwards through 90 degrees to be opened, a state display instrument table for an urgent repair device is arranged on the inner side of the cover body; and a diesel generator set, a standby oil tank, a power distribution control box, a lighting lamp, a vehicle-mounted welding device, an electric winch, an electric air pump and a pair of electric tongs are arranged in the urgent repair device carriage.
Preferably, the cover body of the urgent repair device carriage is provided with an awning and a supporting rod.
Preferably, the power distribution control box comprises two-path power input of a storage battery of the vehicle main body and the diesel generator set.
Preferably, the urgent repair device carriage internally also includes an infrared camera shooting monitoring system.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, the diesel generator set, the standby oil tank, the power distribution control box, the lighting lamp, the vehicle-mounted welding device, the electric winch, the electric air pump, the pair of electric tongs and the infrared camera shooting monitoring system are arranged in the multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle. The recovery vehicle main body is a light pickup truck, the urgent repair device carriage is provided with the openable cover body, devices are placed on the two sides of the carriage, the state display instrument table is arranged on the inner side of the cover body, and thus the engineering vehicle is complete in functions, good in maneuverability, convenient to operate and large in space.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a multifunctional engineering machinery recovery vehicle provided by the present invention comprises a vehicle main body 1 and an urgent repair device carriage 2, wherein the urgent repair device carriage 2 is provided with a cover body 2.1; in a working state, the cover body 2.1 is overturned upwards through 90 degrees to be opened, and a state display instrument table 2.2 for urgent repair devices is arranged on the inner side of the cover body 2.1; and the urgent repair device carriage 2 internally comprises a diesel generator set, a standby oil tank, a power distribution control box, a lighting lamp, a vehicle-mounted welding device, an electric winch, an electric air pump and a pair of electric tongs. The recovery vehicle main body 1 is a light pickup truck and is good in maneuverability. Based on the aforementioned structure, the urgent repair devices are placed on the two sides of the carriage, and a channel is reserved at the middle, to facilitate operation of various devices. After the cover body 2.1 arranged on the carriage is opened, an operator can enter the urgent repair device carriage 2 very conveniently, the state display instrument table 2.2 displaying various states on the inner side of the opened carriage cover can be observed well, and a space is enlarged.
As a preferred solution, the cover body of the urgent repair device carriage in this embodiment is provided with an awning and a supporting rod. Therefore, the cover body 2.1 can be fixed by the supporting rod after being opened, and the awning can be used to keep out rain or sun.
As a preferred solution, the power distribution control box in this embodiment comprises two-path power input of a storage battery of the vehicle main body 1 and the diesel generator set. Under the conditions that main urgent repair devices do not operate, the generator set does not need to be started.
Or, as a preferred solution, the urgent repair device carriage 2 in this embodiment internally also includes an infrared camera shooting monitoring system. Thus, at night, before urgent repair, site conditions can be checked and confirmed by using the infrared camera shooting monitoring system and the lighting lamp, to do urgent repair preparation work well.
