The present invention relates to a horizontal magnetic core transformer, comprising a skeleton, wherein a pin is arranged on the lower part of the skeleton, a coil is arranged in the skeleton, an iron core is arranged outside the coil and the skeleton, a cover shell is arranged outside the iron core, the cover shell is arranged on the iron core on the side edge of the skeleton, the cover shell comprises a front connection face, two sides of the front connection face are vertically provided with side connection faces, the bottom sides of the front connection face and the side connection faces are vertically provided with a bottom connection face, the bottom connection face is provided with a connection port, the connection port is formed in the middle part of the outer side of the bottom connection face, the connection port is a rectangular connection port, and the bottom connection face provided with the connection port is arranged on the lower part of the iron core of the side edge of the skeleton. The horizontal magnetic core transformer is higher in safety coefficient.

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a transformer, and particularly relates to a horizontal magnetic core transformer.
Related Art
The existing transformer can only resist a pressure of 2500-3000v at an altitude of below 5000m, it is because a creep distance between an output end and a magnetic core is only 4mm, which does not comply with safety standard.
Summary
For the above deficiencies existing in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a horizontal magnetic core transformer.
In order to realize the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: A horizontal magnetic core transformer comprises a skeleton, wherein a pin is arranged on the lower part of the skeleton, a coil is arranged in the skeleton, an iron core is arranged outside the coil and the skeleton, a cover shell is arranged outside the iron core, the cover shell is arranged on the iron core on the side edge of the skeleton, the cover shell comprises a front connection face, two sides of the front connection face are vertically provided with side connection faces, the bottom sides of the front connection face and the side connection faces are vertically provided with a bottom connection face, the bottom connection face is provided with a connection port, the connection port is formed in the middle part of the outer side of the bottom connection face, the connection port is a rectangular connection port, and the bottom connection face provided with the connection port is arranged on the lower part of the iron core of the side edge of the skeleton.
Preferably, the cover shell is a white insulated cover shell.
Preferably, the front connection face, the side connection faces and the bottom connection face are integrally formed.
Preferably, the height of the cover shell is lower than that of the iron core.
Preferably, a creep distance between the iron core of the cover shell and an output end is 6mm.
Due to adoption of the above scheme, integral structure is simple, the iron core on the side edge of the skeleton is provided with the white insulated cover shell so that a creep distance between the iron core and the output end is increased to 6mm, thereby greatly improving a safety factor; the front connection face, the side connection faces and the bottom connection face are integrally formed, so integral strength is large; the middle part of the bottom connection face is provided with the rectangular connection port, so that the middle part of the bottom connection face is attached and connected with the lower part of the iron core, connection is reliable and convenient. The product can resist a pressure of 2500-3000v at an altitude of below 5000m, which better complies with safety standard and has strong practical value.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a horizontal magnetic core transformer provided by the present invention comprises a skeleton 1, wherein a pin 2 is arranged on the lower part of the skeleton 1, a coil 3 is arranged in the skeleton 1, an iron core 4 is arranged outside the coil 3 and the skeleton 1, a cover shell 5 is arranged outside the iron core 4, the cover shell 5 is arranged on the iron core 4 on the side edge of the skeleton 1, the cover shell 5 comprises a front connection face 6, two sides of the front connection face 6 are vertically provided with side connection faces 7, the bottom sides of the front connection face 6 and the side connection faces 7 are vertically provided with a bottom connection face 8, the bottom connection face 8 is provided with a connection port 9, the connection port 9 is formed in the middle part of the outer side of the bottom connection face 8, the connection port 9 is a rectangular connection port, and the bottom connection face 8 provided with the connection port 9 is arranged on the lower part of the iron core 4 of the side edge of the skeleton 1; the cover shell 5 is a white insulated cover shell; the front connection face 6, the side connection faces 7 and the bottom connection face 8 are integrally formed; the height of the cover shell 5 is lower than that of the iron core 4; a creep distance between the iron core 4 of the cover shell 5 and an output end is 6mm. The horizontal magnetic core transformer provided by the present invention is simple in integral structure; the iron core on the side edge of the skeleton is provided with the white insulated cover shell so that the creep distance between the iron core and the output end is increased to 6mm, thereby greatly improving a safety factor; the front connection face, the side connection faces and the bottom connection face are integrally formed, so integral strength is large; the middle part of the bottom connection face is provided with the rectangular connection port, so that the middle part of the bottom connection faces is attached and connected with the lower part of the iron core, and connection is reliable and convenient.
