Abstract

The present invention relates to an environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering, including a shell device, a first filtering device, a partition board device, a second filtering device and a purifying device, wherein the shell device includes a shell, a drainage pipe, a first valve, an inlet pipe, a water pump and a second valve, the first filtering device includes a bending plate, a first filtering mesh, a roller wheel and bristles, the partition board device includes a partition board, a first baffle, an elastic plate and an inclined plate, the second filtering device includes a second baffle, a support plate, first springs, a fixing block, a second filtering mesh and a sponge block, and the purifying device includes a transverse plate, a third baffle, a third filtering mesh and second springs. The environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering is capable of collecting rainwater in municipal engineering in a city and sufficiently filtering and purifying it to remove impurities in the rainwater and further recycle the rainwater, thereby improving utilization rate of water resource and reducing waster of water resource.

ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY URBAN RAINWATER COLLECTION AND FILTRATION APPARATUS FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of rainwater purification, in particular to an environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering.
Related Art A drainage system in municipal engineering is divided into a rainwater drainage system and a sewage drainage system, rainwater in the rainwater drainage system is continuously discharged into a river, which can relieve the pressure of urban drainage but cannot sufficiently utilize the rainwater so as to cause waste of water resource, and is not economic and environmental-friendly. Thus, it is urgent to design a device capable of collecting and filtering urban rainwater.
Thus, it is necessary to provide a new technical scheme to overcome the above deficiency.

It is an object to provide an environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering to effectively solve the above technical problem.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the following technical scheme is adopted.
An environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering includes a shell device, a first filtering device received in the shell device, a partition board device located under the first filtering device, a second filtering device located under the partition board device and a purifying device located at the left side of the second filtering device, wherein the shell device includes a shell, a drainage pipe located under the shell, a first valve arranged on the drainage pipe, an inlet pipe located at the left side of the shell, a water pump arranged on the inlet pipe and a second valve, the first filtering device includes a bending plate, a first filtering mesh arranged under the bending plate, a roller wheel located above the bending plate and bristles arranged on the roller wheel, the partition board device includes a partition board, a first baffle located above the partition board, an elastic plate located at the left side of the first baffle and an inclined plate located at the right side of the first baffle, the second filtering device includes a second baffle, a support plate located at the right side of the second baffle, first springs located under the support plate, a fixing block located above the support plate, a second filtering mesh located above the fixing block and a sponge block located above the second filtering mesh, and the purifying device includes a transverse plate, a third baffle located under the transverse plate, a third filtering mesh located above the transverse plate and second springs located at the left side of the third filtering mesh.
The shell is of a hollow cuboid shape, the shell is provided with a first through located on the left surface of the shell and a second through hole located on the lower surface of the shell, the upper end of the drainage pipe is aligned with the second through hole and fixedly connected with the lower surface of the shell, and the upper end of the inlet pipe is aligned with the first through hole and fixedly connected with the left surface of the shell.
The bending plate is bent, the upper end of the bending plate is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell, the lower end of the bending plate is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first filtering mesh, the first filtering mesh is bent, the lower end of the first filtering mesh is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell, the roller wheel is of a cylindrical shape, the roller wheel is pivotally connected with the shell, a plurality of bristles are arranged and uniformly distributed on the roller wheel, and the bristles are fixedly connected with the roller wheel.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the beneficial effects that the environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering provided by the present invention is capable of collecting rainwater in municipal engineering in a city and sufficiently filtering and purifying it to remove impurities in the rainwater to further recycle the rainwater, thereby improving utilization rate of water resource and reducing waster of water resource.

Description of Embodiments
The environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering provided by the present invention will be clearly and comprehensively described in conjunction with an accompanying drawing.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering includes a shell device 1, a first filtering device 2 received in the shell device 1, a partition board device 3 located under the first filtering device 2, a second filtering device 4 located under the partition board device 3 and a purifying device 5 located at the left side of the second filtering device 4.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the shell device 1 includes a shell 11, a drainage pipe 12 located under the shell 11, a first valve 13 arranged on the drainage pipe 12, an inlet pipe 14 located at the left side of the shell 11, a water pump 15 arranged on the inlet pipe 14 and a second valve 16. The shell 11 is of a hollow cuboid shape, the shell 11 is provided with a first through 111 located on the left surface of the shell 11 and a second through hole 112 located on the lower surface of the shell 11, and the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 112 are of a round shape and are communicated with the inside of the shell 11. The upper end of the drainage pipe 12 is aligned with the second through hole 112 and fixedly connected with the lower surface of the shell 11 so that the inside of the drainage pipe 12 is communicated with the inside of the shell 11. The first valve 13 is used for controlling the flow of water in the drainage pipe 12. The upper end of the inlet pipe 14 is aligned with the first through hole 111 and fixedly connected with the left surface of the shell 11 so that the inside of the inlet pipe 14 is communicated with the inside of the shell 11. The water pump 15 is electrically connected with a power supply (not shown) so as to provide electrical energy for the water pump 15, the water pump 15 is provided with a switch (not shown) so as to conveniently control the turning on or turning off of the water pump 15, the water pump 15 can pump rainwater in municipal engineering into the inlet pipe 14. The second valve 16 is used for controlling the flow of water in the inlet pipe 14.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the first filtering device 2 includes a bending plate 21, a first filtering mesh 22 arranged under the bending plate 21, a roller wheel 23 located above the bending plate 21 and bristles 24 arranged on the roller wheel 23. The bending plate 21 is bent, the upper end of the bending plate 21 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and the lower end of the bending plate 21 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first filtering mesh 22. The first filtering mesh 22 is bent, and the lower end of the first filtering mesh 22 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11. The roller wheel 23 is of a cylindrical shape, the roller wheel 23 is pivotally connected with the shell 11 so that the roller wheel 23 can rotate in the shell 11, the roller wheel 23 is connected with a motor (not shown) so as to drive the roller wheel 23 to rotate. A plurality of bristles 24 are arranged and uniformly distributed on the roller wheel 23, and the bristles 24 are fixedly connected with the roller wheel 23.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the partition board device 3 includes a partition board 31, a first baffle located 32 above the partition board 31, an elastic plate 33 located at the left side of the first baffle 32 and an inclined plate 34 located at the right side of the first baffle 32. The partition board 31 is of a cuboid shape, the side surface of the partition board 31 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and the partition board 31 is provided with a third through hole 311, which is of a square shape, penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces of the partition board 31. The first baffle 32 is of a cuboid shape, the upper end of the first baffle 32 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, the lower end of the first baffle 32 is fixedly connected with the partition board 31, the first baffle 32 is located at the left side of the third through hole 311, and the lower end of the first baffle 32 is provided with a fourth through hole 321 which is of a square shape and penetrates through the left and right surfaces of the first baffle 32. The elastic plate 33 is of a cuboid shape, the left end of the elastic plate 33 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, the right end of the elastic plate 33 abuts against the left surface of the first baffle 32, the elastic plate 33 is made of an elastic material so that it can be bent and deformed, and the right end of the elastic plate 33 is located above the fourth through hole 321. The inclined plate 34 is in an inclining state, the upper end of the inclined plate 34 is fixedly connected with the first baffle 32, and the right end of the inclined plate 34 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the second filtering device 4 includes a second baffle 41, a support plate 42 located at the right side of the second baffle 41, first springs 43 located under the support plate 42, a fixing block 44 located above the support plate 42, a second filtering mesh 45 located above the fixing block 44 and a sponge block 46 located above the second filtering mesh 45. The second baffle 41 is of a cuboid shape, the upper end of the second baffle 41 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the partition board 31, the lower end of the second baffle 41 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, the second baffle 41 is provided with a fifth through hole 4111, which is of a square shape, penetrating through the left and right surfaces of the second baffle 41. The support plate 42 is of a cuboid shape, the left end of the support plate 42 slidably contacts with the right surface of the second baffle 41, and the right end of the support plate 42 slidably contacts with the inner surface of the shell 11 so that the support plate 42 can move between the second baffle 41 and the inner surface of the shell 11. A plurality of first springs 43 are arranged, the lower ends of the first springs 43 are fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and the upper ends of the first springs 43 are fixedly connected with the support plate 42 so as to take a support effect on the support plate 42. The fixing block 44 is of a cuboid shape, and the right end of the fixing block 44 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11. The second filtering mesh 45 is of a cuboid shape, the left end of the second filtering mesh 45 is fixedly connected with the second baffle 41, the right end of the second filtering mesh 45 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and active carbon is arranged above the second filtering mesh 45. The sponge block 46 is of a cuboid shape, the left end of the sponge block 46 is fixedly connected with the second baffle 41, the right surface of the sponge block 46 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, the upper surface of the sponge block 46 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the partition board 31, and the sponge block 46 blocks the third through hole 311.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the purifying device 5 includes a transverse plate 51, a third baffle 52 located under the transverse plate 51, a third filtering mesh 53 located above the transverse plate 51 and second springs 54 located at the left side of the third filtering mesh 53. The transverse plate 51 is of a cuboid shape, the left end of the transverse plate 51 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, the right end of the transverse plate 51 is fixedly connected with the left surface of the second baffle 41, and the transverse plate 51 is provided with a sixth through hole 511, which is of a square shape, penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces of the transverse plate 51. The third baffle 52 is of a cuboid shape, the upper end of the third baffle 52 is fixedly connected with the transverse plate 51, the lower end of the third baffle 52 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and the third baffle 52 is located at the right sides of the sixth through hole 511 and the second through hole 112. The third filtering mesh 53 is of a cuboid shape, the upper surface of the third filtering mesh 53 slidably contacts with the lower surface of the lower surface of the partition board 31, and the lower surface of the third filtering mesh 53 slidably contacts with the upper surface of the transverse plate 51 so that the third filtering mesh 53 can move left and right. A plurality of second springs 54 are arranged, the left ends of the second springs 54 are fixedly connected with the inner surface of the shell 11, and the right ends of the second springs 54 are fixedly connected with the third filtering mesh 53 so as to take a support effect on the third filtering mesh 53.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, when the environmental-friendly urban rainwater collection and filtration apparatus for municipal engineering provided by the present invention is used, the lower end of the inlet pipe 14 is connected with the rainwater drainage pipe in municipal engineering firstly, then the first valve 13 and the second valve 16 are opened, and the motor connected with the roller wheel 23 is turned on simultaneously so that the roller wheel 23 drives the bristles 24 to rotate. Then the switch of the water pump 15 is opened so that the rainwater enters into the inlet pipe 14, then enters into the shell 11 via the first through hole 111, and then is filtered by rotary bristles 24 which can remove substances such as bat wool impurity in sewage. Then, the rainwater without impurities enters under the bending plate 21 through filtration with the first filtering mesh 22, and the rotary bristles 24 can remove impurities on the inner surface of the bending plate 21. The rainwater entering under the bending plate 21 starts depositing, since the elastic plate 33 is made of an elastic material, the right end of the elastic plate 33 moves downwardly, then the rainwater above the elastic plate 33 slides through the right end of the elastic plate 33 and passes through the fourth through hole 321 to enter into the right side of the first baffle 32, and arrangement of the elastic plate 33 can control the flow of the rainwater entering into the right side of the first baffle 32. The rainwater entering into the right side of the first baffle enters under the partition board 31 via the third through hole 311, then is filtered by the sponge block 46 and contacts with the active carbon, the active carbon can adsorb impurities in the rainwater to well filter the rainwater, then the rainwater enters under the second filtering mesh 45 through filtration with the second filtering mesh 45 and then concentrated above the support plate 42. The first springs 43 take support and buffering effects on the support plate 42 so that the rainwater above the support plate 42 passes through the fifth through hole 411 to enter into the left side of the second baffle 41 and then enters into the left side of the third filtering mesh 53 through filtration with the third filtering mesh 53, the second springs 54 take support effect on the third filtering mesh 53, and impurities can deposited under the right side of the third filtering mesh 53 so that the rainwater is still filtered from the upper end of the third filtering mesh 53. The rainwater entering into the left side of the third filtering mesh 53 enters under the transverse plate 51 via the sixth through hole 511 and then enters into the drainage pipe 12 via the second through hole 112, then the first valve 13 is opened, so that the rainwater after purifying is discharged, and the discharged rainwater is environmental friendly.
