Abstract
The present invention discloses a silicon ingot turnover frame, comprising a silicon ingot and a frame body, the silicon ingot is mounted on a glass plate, the upper end of the glass plate is connected with a workpiece plate, the upper end of the workpiece plate is fixed with connecting plates, each of which is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a horizontally arranged cross section and a vertically arranged longitudinal section, a plurality of supporting devices are arranged on the frame body in the vertical direction, each supporting device comprises a front fixing rod fixed to the frame body, a back fixing rod and a plurality of supporting components arranged between the front fixing rod and the back fixing rod, each supporting component comprises a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate, a front notch is formed among each left supporting plate, the corresponding right supporting plate and the corresponding front fixing rod, a back notch is formed among each left supporting plate, the corresponding right supporting plate and the corresponding back fixing rod, an interval is formed between each left supporting plate and the corresponding right supporting plate, the width of each longitudinal section is smaller than that of the corresponding interval, and the width of each cross section is larger than that of the corresponding interval. According to the silicon ingot turnover frame, with arrangement of the supporting components, the workpiece plate on which the silicon ingot is mounted can be fixed by the connecting plates, thus realizing turnover of the silicon ingot

SILICON INGOTTURNOVER FRAME
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the photovoltaic field and in particular to a silicon ingot turnover frame.
Related Art
At present, when entering a slicer, a silicon ingot needs to be mounted on a glass plate, the upper end of the glass plate is connected with a workpiece plate, and then the silicon ingot can be put into the slicer to be sliced. But, the traditional workpiece plate loaded with the silicon ingot is more difficult in turnover and transferring and is very liable to damage when being manually transported, and thus this is an urgent issue.
Summary
The present invention aims at solving the above problems and provides a silicon ingot turnover frame so as to solve the problems that the traditional silicon ingot turnover is difficult in turnover, and the silicon ingot is liable to be damaged.
The objective of the present invention is realized by the following technical solution: A silicon ingot turnover frame, comprising a silicon ingot and a frame body, the silicon ingot is mounted on a glass plate, the upper end of the glass plate is connected with a workpiece plate, the upper end of the workpiece plate is fixed with connecting plates, each of which is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a horizontally arranged cross section and a vertically arranged longitudinal section, a plurality of supporting devices are arranged on the frame body in the vertical direction, each supporting device comprises a front fixing rod fixed to the frame body, a back fixing rod and a plurality of supporting components arranged between the front fixing rod and the back fixing rod, each supporting component comprises a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate, a front notch convenient for the corresponding connecting plate to slide in is formed among each left supporting plate, the corresponding right supporting plate and the corresponding front fixing rod, a back notch convenient for the corresponding connecting plate to slide in is formed among each left supporting plate, the corresponding right supporting plate and the corresponding back fixing rod, an interval is formed between each left supporting plate and the corresponding right supporting plate, the width of each longitudinal section is smaller than that of the corresponding interval, and the width of each cross section is larger than that of the corresponding interval.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, the width of the workpiece plate is the same as and the width of the glass plate is larger than those of the longitudinal sections on the connecting plates.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, a bushing is arranged on each of the front fixing rods and the back fixing rods, and a limiting bolt with the limiting action is in cuttage grafting in each bushing.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, a vertically arranged left lifting plate is arranged at the left end of each left supporting plate, and a vertically arranged right lifting plate is arranged at the right end of each right supporting plate.
The present invention has benefits as follows: in the silicon ingot turnover frame, with arrangement of the supporting components, by fixing the workpiece plate on which the silicon ingot is mounted by the connecting plates, turnover of the silicon ingot can be realized, the silicon ingot can also be prevented from damaging, and the silicon ingot turnover frame has a simple structure and is liable to realize.

Description of Embodiments
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings. It could be understood that the embodiments described here are only for explaining the present invention, but not for limiting the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, FIG 1 is the structure diagram of the silicon ingot turnover frame; and FIG. 2 is the structure diagram of the connecting plate.
In this embodiment, the silicon ingot turnover frame comprises a silicon ingot and a frame body 1, the silicon ingot is mounted on a glass plate, the upper end of the glass plate is connected with a workpiece plate, the upper end of the workpiece plate is fixed with connecting plates, each of which is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a horizontally arranged cross section 9 and a vertically arranged longitudinal section 10, two supporting devices are arranged on the frame body in the vertical direction, each supporting device comprises a front fixing rod 2 fixed to the frame body 1, a back fixing rod and three supporting components arranged between the front fixing rod 2 and the back fixing rod, each supporting component comprises a left supporting plate 3 and a right supporting plate 4, a vertically arranged left lifting plate 6 is arranged at the left end of each left supporting plate 3, a vertically arranged right lifting plate 7 is arranged at the right end of each right supporting plate 4, a front notch 5 convenient for the corresponding connecting plate to slide in is formed among each left supporting plate 3, the corresponding right supporting plate 4 and the corresponding front fixing rod, a back notch convenient for the corresponding connecting plate to slide in is formed among each left supporting plate 3, the corresponding right supporting plate 4 and the corresponding back fixing rod, a bushing 8 is arranged on each of the front fixing rods 2 and the back fixing rods, a limiting bolt with the limiting action is in cuttage grafting in each bushing 8, an interval is formed between each left supporting plate 3 and the corresponding right supporting plate 4, the width of each longitudinal section 10 is smaller than that of the corresponding interval, the width of each cross section 9 is larger than that of the corresponding interval, the width of the workpiece plate is the same as and the width of the glass plate is larger than those of the longitudinal sections 10 on the connecting plates.
When in use, the connecting plates and the workpiece plate on which the silicon ingot is mounted are fixed, then the connecting plates slide in through the corresponding front notches 5 or the corresponding back notches, the cross sections 9 of the connecting plates are connected to the corresponding left and right supporting plate 3, 4 in a hanging manner, and then the limiting bolts are inserted into the corresponding bushings 8, thus fixing is finished, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The above embodiments only illustrate the basic principle and the features, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, also has various alternatives and variations without parting from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the alternatives and the variations are within the scope of the present invention. The protective scope of the present invention is defined by the attached claims.
