Description
TECHNIKOS SRITISTECHNICAL FIELD
Išradimas iš energetikos srities. An invention from the field of energy.
The current form of collecting heat from the environment in the world is rather clumsy, complicated, expensive and irrational. For example: In Africa: in Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of South Africa, huge thermal solar power plants have been built and are operating, where the sun's heat reflected with the help of many mirrors is collected and directed to containers with salt to store heat, and then the thermal energy is used to evaporate water. The heated water steam turns the electric turbines.
Siūlome paprastesnę, universalesnę, nepalyginamai pigesnę, galinčią būti įvairaus dydžio ir galios šiluminę saulės elektrinę, sugebančią veiksmingai dirbti ne tik silpno apšviestumo sąlygomis, o ir sėkmingai veikiančią visą parą įvairiuose klimato zonose. Naujai šiluminei saulės elektrinei nereikia didelio lygaus ploto, ji gali būti pastatyta kalnų šlaituose, plaukioti ant vandens, gali būti įrengta ant namų stogų ir sienų, dirbti nedidelių temperatūrų, pvz. 20o - 50o C diapazone. Galima ir tikslinga naudoti mažas vietines, aptarnaujančias lokalius energijos vartotojus elektrines. Mini elektrinėmis gali tapti įvairaus dydžio, paskirties ir konstrukcijos pastatai, laivai. We offer a simpler, more universal, incomparably cheaper, thermal solar power plant of various sizes and power, capable of working effectively not only in low light conditions, but also successfully operating around the clock in various climate zones. A new thermal solar power plant does not need a large flat area, it can be built on mountain slopes, float on water, can be installed on the roofs and walls of houses, work at low temperatures, e.g. in the range of 20 o - 50 o C. It is possible and appropriate to use small local power plants serving local energy consumers. Buildings and ships of various sizes, purpose and construction can become mini power plants.
Thermal energy has its own peculiarities and subtleties. Heat is one of the most common forms of energy in our Universe, both at the micro and macro levels. The Earth receives a greater part of its energy from space, from the Sun, and part from the processes of splitting particles taking place in the depths of the Earth itself.
Pagrindiniai prieštaravimai:Main objections:
• Šiluma aplinkoje yra išsklaidyta, sunkai paimama forma, todėl reikalingi įvairūs įrengimai ir priemonės šiai energijai paimti, kaupti, perduoti, įvairiai naudoti. Paprastų, lengvų ir nebrangių priemonių šilumai kaupti ir ją panaudoti visose klimato zonose dabar nėra.• Heat in the environment is scattered, in a form that is difficult to take, so various equipment and tools are needed to take, store, transmit, and use this energy in various ways. There are currently no simple, easy and inexpensive means of storing heat and using it in all climate zones.
• Žmonijos energetiniai poreikiai įvairiose klimato zonose skirtingi: kur saulėta ir karšta - norima vėsumos, kur šalta - deginamas kuras.• Humanity's energy needs are different in different climate zones: where it is sunny and hot - coolness is desired, where it is cold - fuel is burned.
• Sprendimai naudotis tik aplinkoje easnčiais energijos ištekliais reti.• Decisions to use only environmental energy resources are rare.
• Senas energijos apibrėžimas yra klaidinantis ir stabdo progresą.• The old definition of energy is misleading and hinders progress.
• Reikalinga nauja technika, dirbanti visai kitais principais.• A new technique is required that works on completely different principles.
• Naujos šiluminės saulės elektrinės veikimas pagrįstas pažangesniais sprendimais ir nauja energijos suvokimo samprata.• The operation of the new thermal solar power plant is based on more advanced solutions and a new concept of energy perception.
Reikalingi subtilesni, universalūs ir paprastesni šilumos surinkimo, jos konvertavimo į kitas energijos rūšis ir našesnio panaudojimo vietoje techniniai sprendimai.• Energy is a flow of particles moving in contrast: from warm to cold, from higher altitude to lower level, higher pressure flow towards lower pressure or higher vacuum. These processes cannot be stopped, all that remains is to speed them up or slow them down, manage them properly, change the straight-line movement to a rotary one, transfer the momentum of the movement of one particle to other types of particles, i.e. it is not possible and pointless to accumulate energy in large quantities, it remains only to somehow quickly transform it into forms suitable for consumption. Transmitting energy in large quantities and distances is expensive and difficult. We need more delicate, universal and simpler technical solutions for collecting heat, converting it to other types of energy and using it more efficiently on the spot.
Aukščiau minėta šiluminės saulės elektrinė veikia su perkaitintais vandens garais (įkaitusių garų temperatūra siekia apie 1750-2000 C). Zonose su mažesniu saulės šilumos kiekiu siūlome naudoti dujas, garuojančias žemų temperatūrų zonoje, pvz. 00-100 C, t.y. tokiu būdu iš aplinkos surenkant, kaupiant ir koncentruojant aplinkoje esančią šilumą. panaudoti generuoti didesnį dujų slėgį ir jų galimybes veikti su kompresoriumi varikliu ir generuoti elektros energiją,The above-mentioned thermal solar power plant works with superheated water vapor (the temperature of superheated steam reaches about 175 0 -200 0 C). In areas with less solar heat, we suggest using gases that vaporize in the low temperature zone, e.g. 00-100 C, ie by collecting, accumulating and concentrating heat from the environment. use to generate higher gas pressure and their ability to operate with a compressor engine and generate electricity,
Šilumai kaupti tinka ne tik paprastos žinomos priemonės, o ir kiti išradimai, sukuriantys didesnį paimamos energijos potencialą: papildomai atšaldoma aplinka; naudojami įvairūs šilumos kaupikliai; techniniai sprendimai, leidžiantys dirbti su žemos temperatūros, net ir šalčio srautais; pritaikomos šiluminės mašinos. Not only simple known means are suitable for storing heat, but also other inventions that create a greater potential of the captured energy: the environment is additionally cooled; various heat accumulators are used; technical solutions that allow working with low temperature, even cold flows; applicable thermal machines.

Naujai naudojamos jau išbandytos technologijos ir konstrukcijos: Modulinis šilumos kaupiklis LT 5636; Pakopinis šilumos kolektorius LT 5665; Universali šiluminė talpa LT 5739; Didelio tūrio šiluminių talpų sistema LT 5836; Kompresorius variklis LT 6660; Šiluminiai vamzdeliai; Šiluminė mašina LT5917 ir kt.Already tested technologies and structures are newly used: Modular heat accumulator LT 5636; Step heat collector LT 5665; Universal thermal capacity LT 5739; Large-volume thermal storage system LT 5836; Compressor engine LT 6660; Heat pipes; Thermal machine LT5917 etc.
IŠRADIMO ESMĖESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
Šiluminės saulės elektrinės pagrindinis energijos kaupimo, jos konvertavimo ir perdavimo vartotojams modulis - šiluminė mašina (Lietuvos patentas LT5917) papildytas šiais energetiniais moduliais:The main module of the thermal solar power plant for energy storage, its conversion and transmission to consumers - the thermal machine (Lithuanian patent LT5917) is supplemented with the following energy modules:
• įvairiais horizontaliais, pasvirusiais ir vertikaliais šilumos surinkimo moduliais • Naudojami pasyvūs šilumos surinkimo vamzdeliai ir šilumos kaupikliai • Naudojami aktyvūs šilumos surinkimo vamzdeliai, jų moduliai • Šiluminių mašinų moduliai • Dujiniai varikliai • Energijos konvertavimo moduliai• various horizontal, inclined and vertical heat collection modules • Passive heat collection tubes and heat accumulators are used • Active heat collection tubes and their modules are used • Thermal machine modules • Gas engines • Energy conversion modules
Tai visai nauji moduliai, kurių nėra įprastose šiluminėse elektrinėse. Naujas išradimas sprendžia visą eilę sudėtingų problemų:These are completely new modules that do not exist in conventional thermal power plants. The new invention solves a whole series of complex problems:
• Kaip maksimaliai surinkti, laikinai sukaupti kuo daugiau aplinkoje esamos šilumos, kaip veiksmingai panaudoti ne tik saulės energiją, o ir aplinkoje esančią šilumą.• How to maximally collect, temporarily accumulate as much heat as possible in the environment, how to effectively use not only solar energy, but also the heat in the environment.
• Dirbti su lengvesnės, mažesnės, našesnės, paprastesnės ir įvairiai pritaikomos įrangos moduliais ir sistemomis.• Work with lighter, smaller, more efficient, simpler and versatile equipment modules and systems.
• Atskirus naujos šiluminės saulės elektrinės modulius galima įvairiai kombinuoti ir derinti su kitomis energetinėmis sistemomis, pvz. šilumos panaudojimu generuoti ne tik elektrą, o vartotojams tiekti karštą ir šaltą vandenį.• The individual modules of the new thermal solar power plant can be variously combined and combined with other energy systems, e.g. using heat to generate not only electricity, but also to supply hot and cold water to consumers.
• Dujoms garinti reikia gerokai mažiau energijos nei vandeniui garinti, todėl šiluminė saulės elektrinė gali veikti visose platumose, net ir šiauriniuose klimato zonose. Be to, jos veikia visą parą: dieną akumuliuoja saulės ir aplinkos šilumą, naktį naudoją aplinkoje esančią išsklaidytą šilumą. Panaudojant šiluminius kaupiklius greitam šilumos perdavimui, šiluminė saulės elektrinė dirba nuolatiniu nenutrūkstamu režimu visą parą.• Evaporating gas requires significantly less energy than evaporating water, so a thermal solar power plant can operate in all latitudes, even in northern climate zones. In addition, they operate around the clock: during the day they accumulate heat from the sun and the environment, and at night they use the diffused heat in the environment. By using thermal accumulators for fast heat transfer, the thermal solar power plant works in continuous, uninterrupted mode around the clock.
The accumulated heat is used: to obtain compressed air and to turn compressor engines (Lithuanian patent LT 6660) with electric generators; for compressed air tanks + pneumo engines + electric generators to operate; use thermal and pressure tubes; compressed gas machines and pneumatic rotors; use gas engines at low temperatures (e.g. 0 o -10 o C). Consumers can use the stored thermal energy for various purposes, not only for electricity production. This expands the possibilities and applications of such thermal solar power plants.
Esminiai naujos šiluminės saulės elektrinės skirtumai nuo įprastų saulės šiluminių elektrinių:The essential differences of the new thermal solar power plant from conventional solar thermal power plants:
• Surenkama ir panaudojama ne tik veidrodžiais atspindėta tiesioginė saulės spindulių energija, o ir aplinkoje esanti išsklaidyta šiluma. Energijos šilumos pavidalu ir energijos saulės spindulių forma kartu surenkama gerokai daugiau nei vien tik įprastu būdu. Elektrinė gali veikti dieną ir naktį nuolatiniu režimu be perstojo visą parą.• Collects and uses not only the direct energy of sunlight reflected by mirrors, but also the scattered heat in the environment. Energy in the form of heat and energy in the form of sunlight are collected together far more than in the conventional way alone. The power plant can operate day and night in continuous mode without interruption around the clock.
• Papildoma energija gaunama šiluminių mašinų pagalba, atšaldant talpas ir kontrasto būdu surenkant didesnius šilumos kiekius. Šiluminė saulės elektrinė gali būti naudojama įvairiose platumose. Elektrinė gali veikti mažesnių temperatūrų diapazone, tai ir saugiau, gerokai pigiau, nes gali būti naudojamos lengvesnių konstrukcijų sistemos.• Additional energy is obtained with the help of thermal machines, cooling the tanks and collecting larger amounts of heat by means of contrast. Thermal solar power plant can be used in different latitudes. The power plant can operate in a lower temperature range, which is also safer and much cheaper, as lighter construction systems can be used.
• Naudojami pasyvūs (įvairūs šiluminiai vamzdeliai ir šilumos kaupikliai) ir aktyvūs (prateka šalti, šilti ir karšti šilumnešiklių srautai), esantys horizontaliose ir vertikaliose plokštumose įvairūs šilumos surinkimo moduliai. Optimalius konstrukcinius sprendimus galima priimti pagal esamos aplinkos sąlygas, t.y. šiluminė saulės elektrinė gali būti lengvai transformuojama ir pritaikoma net unikaliomis sąlygomis.• Passive (various heat pipes and heat accumulators) and active (cold, warm and hot flows of heat carriers) are used, various heat collection modules located in horizontal and vertical planes are used. Optimal construction decisions can be made according to the conditions of the existing environment, i.e. a thermal solar power plant can be easily transformed and adapted even to unique conditions.
• Surinkta šiluma konvertuojama į kitas energijos rūšis: sukamąjį ir slenkamąjį judesį; šaltį, šilumą, vėsą, karštą vandenį, elektrą. Plačiai naudojami: kompresoriai varikliai su elektros generatoriais; pneumo varikliai + elektros generatoriai; šiluminiai vamzdeliai ir t.t.• Collected heat is converted into other types of energy: rotational and sliding motion; cold, heat, cool, hot water, electricity. Widely used: compressors, engines with electric generators; pneumo engines + electric generators; heat pipes etc.
• įvairių energetinių modulių visuma leidžia kurti norimo dydžio, galios, pritaikytų prie konkrečių aplinkos sąlygų ir vartotojų poreikių derinius ir kompozicijas.• a set of various energy modules allows creating combinations and compositions of desired size, power, adapted to specific environmental conditions and user needs.
Kai kurios išskirtinės naujos šiluminės saulės elektrinės savybės:Some outstanding new thermal solar electric features:
• Kadangi šiltas oras savaime juda šaltesnių zonų link, aplink naują šiluminę saulės elektrinę susidarys šilto oro siurbimo į elektrinę zona. Jei saulės spindulius reikia dirbtinai koncentruoti, tai šiuo atveju šiltas oras juda elektrinės link pats.• As warm air naturally moves towards colder areas, a zone of warm air being pumped into the plant will form around the new thermal solar power plant. If the sun's rays need to be artificially concentrated, then in this case the warm air moves towards the power plant by itself.
• Jei šiluminė saulės elektrinė plūduriuoja ant vandens, įšilęs vandens telkinys atiduos sukauptą šilumą ir nakties metu. Papildomai galima panardinti į vandenį šiluminius vamzdelius, kurie dar geriau ir greičiau perduotų šilumą.• If the thermal solar power plant floats on water, the heated pool of water will give off the accumulated heat during the night as well. In addition, heat pipes can be immersed in water, which would transfer heat even better and faster.
• Visi plaukiojantys šiltuose kraštuose laivai gali papildomai naudoti aplinkoje esančią šilumą.• All ships sailing in warm countries can additionally use the heat in the environment.
• Kadangi šiltame ore yra išgaravusio vandens garų, atšaldant orą vanduo kondensuosis vandens lašais, kuriuos galima surinkti ir naudoti vartotojų reikmėms. Tai ypač aktualu šiltuose sausringuose rajonuose.• Because warm air contains evaporated water vapor, cooling the air will condense the water into water droplets that can be collected and used for consumer use. This is especially true in warm arid regions.
Esami sprendimai leidžia dinamiškai ir kompleksiškai keisti elektrinę optimalių sprendimų link.• Taking into account the needs of users, environmental conditions, the quality, quantity and price of resources, it is possible and appropriate to create power plant complexes of various power with the same or different set of dominant energy models. If necessary, it is easy to expand the existing power plant with new additions of modules. The thermal solar power plant can be transformed in various ways in time and space. Existing solutions allow for dynamic and complex changes to the power plant towards optimal solutions.
KAIP VEIKIA NAUJA ŠILUMINĖ SAULĖS ELEKTRINĖHOW THE NEW THERMAL SOLAR POWER PLANT WORKS
One of the most common forms of energy in nature is heat. Earth, water, air, environment, various objects and things heat up from sunlight. The reflected heat is dispersed in space and it is difficult to collect it in the usual way. Knowing that warm air is lighter than cold air and rises by itself, this property can be successfully used to collect controlled heat flows.

Pav.1 Šiluma aplinkojeFig.1 Heat in the environment
Pateikta principinė šiluminės energijos surinkimo aplinkoje schema. Taikant šiuos principus galima konstruoti tiek labai paprastas, tiek sudėtingesnes šiluminės elektrinės konstrukcijas. Šiluma aplinkoje: šaltas oras sunkesnis ir leidžiasi žemyn, šiltas oro srautas lengvesnis ir kyla aukštyn. Jei palaikysime šaltesnėmis atskiras šaltas zonas aplinkinė šiluma judės šalčio link. Kadangi šiltesnis oras lengvesnis už šaltą jis savaiminiu būdu kils į viršų (1), t.y. vamzdžiais (2) galima nukreipti kylantį šiltą srautą (4) mums norimą linkme. Reguliuojant vamzdžių pakrypimo kampą α (3) galima lėtinti ar greitinti oro srauto kylimą.The principle scheme of thermal energy collection in the environment is presented. By applying these principles, both very simple and more complex thermal power plant structures can be constructed. Heat in the environment: cold air is heavier and descends, warm air flow is lighter and rises. If we keep the individual cold zones colder, the surrounding heat will move towards the cold. Since warmer air is lighter than cold air, it will automatically rise to the top (1), i.e. pipes (2) can be used to direct the rising warm flow (4) in the direction we want. By adjusting the pipe inclination angle α (3), it is possible to slow down or speed up the rise of the air flow.
Pav.2 Atspindinčios duobės konstrukcijaFig.2 Construction of the reflecting pit
The earth's surface (5) heats up due to long-term heating by the sun's rays. A properly dug pit (6) with a heat-insulating (7) and radiation-reflecting (8) and heat-protecting transparent (9) coating would help improve heat collection.
Pav.3 Šilumos surinkimo šlaitu kompozicijaFig. 3 Composition of heat collection on a slope
Using a natural or artificially created slope with a reflective ditch (11), the entrained warm air currents (12) will rise (10) in conical inclined pipes to the top, where the accumulated heat is collected and transferred further. This passive method of heat collection is quite simple and cheap. Similar heat-collecting structures can be quite numerous and can operate independently, locally generating the necessary energy.
Pav.4 Atspindintis parabolės veidrodisFig.4 Reflecting parabola mirror
Krentantys saulės spinduliai (15) atspindinčios parabolės (14) dėka koncentruoja ir nukreipia šilumą į parabolės židinyje esantį karštą šilumos vamzdelį kaupiklį (16). Bandymai realiomis sąlygomis parodė, kad šiame židinio taške temperatūra gali siekti net 300o C T. Todėl dalį šilumos išneša pratekantis šilumnešiklio srautas (22), o kitą šilumos srautas (20-21) pratekantis pro šaltą šiluminį vamzdelį (17). Tokiu būdu centre esantis karštas šiluminis vamzdelis kaupiklis nuolat sugeria atspindėtą šilumą ir greitai ją perduoda išnešimui, nes pratekėjus šaltam srautui vėlei greitai atšąla ir pasiruošęs naujai šilumos dozei. Tai aktyvus šilumos pernešimo būdas.Falling sunlight (15) thanks to the reflecting parabola (14) concentrates and directs the heat to the hot heat pipe accumulator (16) in the focus of the parabola. Tests in real conditions have shown that the temperature at this focal point can reach as high as 300 o C T. Therefore, part of the heat is carried away by the passing heat carrier flow (22), and the other heat flow (20-21) passing through the cold heat pipe (17). In this way, the hot heat pipe accumulator in the center constantly absorbs the reflected heat and quickly transfers it to the outlet, because when the cold flow passes, it quickly cools down and is ready for a new dose of heat. It is an active method of heat transfer.
Pav. 6 Atspindinčių šilumą surenkančių modulių išdėstymas erdvėjeFig. 6 Placement of reflective heat-collecting modules in space
Atspindinčių šilumą surenkančių modulių (19), sujungtų šilumą pernešančiais vamzdynais (25) ir šilumą kaupiančiomis karštomis talpomis (24) deriniai gali būti įvairiai išdėstyti plokštumoje atskirais segmentais (23) ar jų derinių kompozicijomis (26). Toks modulinis surenkančių šilumą modulių pasirinkimas įgalina tinkamai optimaliu būdu uždengti turimą plotą.Combinations of reflective heat-collecting modules (19), connected by heat-carrying pipelines (25) and heat-storing hot tanks (24) can be variously arranged on a plane in separate segments (23) or compositions of their combinations (26). Such a modular selection of heat-collecting modules makes it possible to cover the available area in an optimal way.
Pav. 7 Vertikalus šilumos surinkimo modulisFig. 7 Vertical heat collection module
The vertical heat collection module (27) with heat exchange tubes (28), heat collecting accumulators (29) flowing cold coolant flows (30) and outgoing hot coolant flows (31) are active and quite efficient. Compared to solar collectors of the same area, they work several times faster and collect about 25 times more heat. It has been tested in practically real conditions of cold winter. To speed up the heat exchange, the warm flow of the heat carrier (31) with the help of a pump passes through the stepped heat exchange module (33) sequentially through the hot accumulators (34), warm accumulators (35), cold accumulators (36) and returns with a cold flow (38) to the refrigerated tank ( 39). From the latter, the cold flow (37) flowing in the opposite direction through the accumulators (36,35,34) carries the hot flow (40) into the hot tank (41). We have spatially separated cold containers (39) and hot containers (41), i.e. the heat taken from the environment is in a suitable condition for its further use in other energy conversion processes.

Labai greitiems šilumos mainams naudojami šiluminiai vamzdeliai (42), kuriais prateka skirtingomis kryptimis šilumą atnešantys ir priešingai tekantys šilumą išnešantys šalti šilumnešiklio srautai(43).For very fast heat exchange, heat pipes (42) are used, through which heat-bringing and cold heat-carrying flows (43) flow in different directions.

Tokiu būdu suslėgto oro energija verčiame elektrine energija.Fig. 12 Compressed air to electricity conversion module (74) compressor motor returns (90) extracted residual air flow from (85) reduced pressure air container with (86) lower pressure air flow p 1/2 to (81) via (80) ejector compressed air capacity with pressure p1. From the latter (82) air flows through air pipes to (83) compressor engine and (87) compressed air pipe enters (88) compressed air container with maximum pressure pm from which (89) compressed air is supplied through pipelines to (74) compressor engine. The closed circular air cycle closes, we are back to the starting point from which we started. (74) The compressor motor transmits the torque to the electric generator (76) through the connection (75). From the (74) compressor motor, the compressed air p1 enters the (78) pneumo motor and through the (79) connection, which transmits the torque to the electric generator (76), through the compressed air supply pipes (77). In this way, we convert compressed air energy into electrical energy.
