Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the medical field, namely to the conservative treatment, anchoring or immobilization of the ankle joint. The design of the provided splint restores the patient's foot displacement function (for example, in the case of a "falling foot", after surgery of the foot and calf tendons, inflammation of the ankle joint with low to moderate spasticity, chiarthritis, proprioception disorder). The design of the provided splint provides the patient with maximum movement comfort and minimizes discomfort during use. The sleeve is made of lightweight and durable carbon and fiberglass composite. The insole adapts to the same size footwear that the patient normally wears, and due to its slim construction it is imperceptible under the clothes.
Žinomas firmos Otto Bock Health Care GmbH kulkšnies-pėdos įtvaras, pagamintas iš lengvo ir tvirto anglies pluošto kompozito, įtvaro karkaso apatinė dalis ties vidiniu pėdos skliautu yra sujungta su padu, o ties kulno viršutine dalimi išlenkimas pereina į tiesią dalį ir tęsiasi iki blauzdos laikiklių (žr. firmos Otto Bock Healthcare GmbH bukletą, 2005 m.).Known ankle-foot composite of Otto Bock Health Care GmbH, made of lightweight and durable carbon fiber composite, the lower part of the ankle carcass at the inner foot arch is connected to the sole, and the curve at the upper part of the heel transitions to the lower leg supports ( see Otto Bock Healthcare GmbH booklet, 2005).
Tokio įtvaro trūkumas - nepakankama paciento judėjimo funkcija dėl nepakankamo pėdos priekinės dalies judėjimo ir nepakankamos blauzdos fiksacijos. The disadvantage of such a brace is the inadequate movement of the patient due to insufficient movement of the front of the foot and insufficient fixation of the calf.
Žinomas kulkšnies-pėdos įtvaras, kurį sudaro karkasas, pagamintas iš lengvo ir tvirto anglies pluošto kompozito, karkaso apatinė dalis ties vidiniu pėdos skliautu yra sujungta su padu, viršutinė dalis prie kojos tvirtinama įmaute, o ties kulno viršutine dalimi išlenkimas pereina į tiesią dalį, neliesdamas Achilo sausgyslės, be to, ties blauzdos apatine dalimi turi dvi atšakas, kurios laikikliais apima blauzdą viršutinėje jos dalyje, o pado priekinė dalis yra mažesnio standumo, negu dalis ties kulnu, lyginant su vidurine standžia pado dalimi, (žr. Lietuvos Respublikos patentą Nr. 5450, publ. 2007 11 26).Known ankle-foot brace, consisting of a lightweight and durable carbon fiber composite, the lower part of the carcass is connected to the sole at the inner foot, the upper part is attached to the foot, and the curvature at the upper part of the heel moves to a straight part The Achilles tendon, moreover, has two limbs at the lower part of the calf which support the calf in the upper part and the front of the sole is less stiff than the part at the heel as compared to the middle rigid part of the sole. 5450, publ 26.11.2007).
Tokio įtvaro trūkumas - nepakankamas naudojimo efektyvumas ir funkcinių galimybių išplėtimas. The disadvantage of such a brace is the inadequate use efficiency and extension of functional capabilities.
Išradimo tikslas - pagerinti paciento judėjimo funkciją bei naudojimo efektyvumą ir funkcinių galimybių išplėtimas. The object of the invention is to improve the patient's movement function and use efficiency and to extend the functional possibilities.
We present an ankle-foot orthopedic splint consisting of a lightweight and durable carbon and fiberglass composite structure, the lower part of the frame at the inner foot arch is connected to the sole, the upper part is attached to the calf support and the foot is fitted with a contact adhesive band part of the curve passes into a straight part without touching the Achilles tendon, and the lower part of the calf has two branches and the front of the sole is less stiff than the part of the heel compared to the middle rigid part, the new is that less at three points, the leg has immobilizer legs and calf support in the upper part of the mandrel, and the leg extends into two arms with lower leg support and a longer elastic part for a better energy return effect. What's new is that the liner and sole liners are made of transverse fiberglass composite and the middle ones are made of longitudinal carbon fiber composite, and that the liner design has been altered, resulting in improved liner immobilization performance.
Įtvaras, tinkamas reabilitaciniam gydymui: fiksuoja vidinę čiumą, blauzdą, todėl nuėmus gipsą, pacientui galima taikyti terapinę mankštą ir imobilizaciją įtvaru. Įtvaras tvirtai imobilizuoja pėdą ir neleidžia atlikti per didelių čiumos sąnario fleksijos (lenkimo) ir ekstenzijos (tiesimo) judesių, be to, leidžia imobilizuoti pėdą esant didesnėms indikacijoms bei labiau nestabiliai kulkšniai, kadangi įtvaras paciento koją imobilizuoja trijuose taškuose (prototipas dviejuose).Suitable for rehabilitation treatment: fixes the inner chium, calf, so that after removal of gypsum, the patient can be given therapeutic exercise and immobilization with a splint. The insole firmly immobilizes the foot and prevents excessive flexion (flexion) and extensional (stretching) movements of the chin joint, and allows for greater foot immobilization and more unstable ankles, as the insole immobilizes the patient's foot at three points (prototype two).
Kulkšnies-pėdos ortopedinio įtvaro konstrukcija parodyta fig.l , įtvaras su lipniomis juostomis -fig.2, pado konstrukcija-fig.3.The design of the ankle-foot orthopedic brace is shown in Fig. 1, the brace with adhesive strips -fig.2, the sole construction-fig.3.
The ankle-foot orthopedic brace consists of a carcass 1 which passes into a straight flexible part 2 at the heel, and laterally and medially into two arms 4 at the base of the calf which are provided with flexible lower calf brackets 5. The lower part of carcass 1 at the inner foot bracket connected to sole 6. Contact adhesive tape 7 is affixed to calf support 3 and contact adhesive tape 8 is affixed to calf holders 5 (Fig.2). Contact strips 7 and 8 secure the brace on the patient's shin. The sole is made of at least five layers of composite (Fig. 3). The coating layers 9 and 10 are made of transverse glass fiber composite and the middle layers 11, 12 and 13 are made of longitudinal carbon fiber composite. Depending on the size of the mandrel, the inner layers of carbon fiber are spaced apart. The front of layer 11 is placed at the toe joint, the front of layer 12 at the middle of the calipers, and the front of layer 13 at the ankle joint to provide sufficient flexibility at the toes.
Kulkšnies - pėdos ortopedinis įtvaras naudojamas taip. The ankle-foot orthopedic splint is used as follows.
The patient puts a dent on the sock. The liner has no direct contact with the patient's skin. The patient's foot is placed on the sole 6 of the bracket frame 1. The lower leg is secured between the brackets 5 of the bracket 1 and fastened by the adhesive strips 7 and 8. The insole is only used with shoes that are enclosed, with sturdy heels, to enhance the function of the insole. Compared to the prototype, the design of the ankle-foot orthopedic splint not only gives the patient comfort of movement and allows for more effective use of the splint but also expands its functional capabilities, i.e. allows the foot to be immobilized at higher indications.
