Abstract

This invention is designed for the field of applied decorative art, in particular production methods for amber decorations. The novelty of the amber artefact production method - stock preparation, heating and compression - is that the amber stock is polished for 120-180 minutes, washed over with water, desiccated, soaked for 70-80 minutes in a solution consisting of 20% alcohol at no less than 93 degrees, 20 % butyl acetate or ethyl acetate, 60 % toluene, then dried up and cleaned of bast, a fine fraction is sifted, washed again by the aforementioned solution for 5-10 minutes, dried up, washed over with water, dried up once again, sorted according to size and colour, filled into a form and heated in a furnace at a maximum temperature of 240 degrees Celsius for 70-90 minutes, then pressed for 3-5 minutes at a minimum of 6.5 t/cm<2>, then it is heated once again in a furnace at a maximum temperature of 240 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes and naturally cooled in the furnace. The amber artefacts produced according to this method are distinguished by higher quality, i.e. do not lose their natural colour and structure.

Description

Išradimas priskirtinas taikomosios dekoratyvinės dailės šakai, būtent gintarinių papuošalų gamybos būdams. The invention relates to the field of applied decorative arts, namely to the methods of making amber jewelry.

Baltijos gintaras, VI.Katinas, Vilnius, Mokslas, 1983, 14 psl.).There are known methods of making amber articles by pressing or melting amber raw materials (see Lithuanian Soviet Encyclopedia, Science, Vilnius, 1978, p. 99). There are also known methods of making amber articles by milling, pressing and melting the prepared amber raw material (see Baltic Amber, Cat VI, Vilnius, Science, 1983, p. 14).

Žinomų būdų trūkumas - nepakankama gaminių iš gintaro kokybė.The disadvantage of known methods is the poor quality of amber products.

The object of the invention is to improve the quality of amber products by preserving the natural color and structure of amber.

Tikslas pasiekiamas gaminių iš gintaro gamybos būdu paruošus žaliavą, kaitina ne daugiau 240° C, presuoja ne mažesne kaip 6,5 t/cm2 ir vėl kaitina ne daugiau 240° C. Nesant gintaro lydimosi, išsaugoma jo pirminė struktūra ir natūrali spalva. The aim is achieved by preparing the raw material of amber products at a temperature of not more than 240 ° C, pressing at not less than 6,5 t / cm 2 and reheating at not more than 240 ° C. In the absence of amber melting, its original structure and natural color are maintained.

Gintaro žaliavą paruošia taip: poliruoja būgne sausai 120- 180 minučių,priklausomai nuo žaliavos švarumo, praplauna vandeniu, išdžiovina, mirko 70-80 minučių tirpale, kurį sudaro 20% spirito, stiprumo ne mažiau 93°, 20% butilacetato arba etilacetato, 60% toluolo,džiovina.Amber raw material is prepared as follows: polishes drum dry for 120-180 minutes, depending on the purity of the raw material, rinsed with water, dried, flashing 70-80 minutes in a solution of 20% alcohol, at least 93 °, 20% butyl acetate or ethyl acetate, 60% toluene, dries.

Aušina natūraliu būdu paliekant krosnelėje kol presforma atauš iki 50° C.It then wipes the husk in the drum with metal brushes, sifting dust and separating it from a fine fraction. Rinse again with the above solution for 5 to 10 minutes, dry, rinse again with water and dry. Sift a small fraction, re-select and sort by hue and size. The raw material is then weighed and placed in a mold which is placed in the oven and heated to a maximum of 240 ° C for 70-90 minutes. Then, after removing the amber raw material from the oven, press it for 1-5 minutes, then reheat the oven again at 240 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Cools naturally by leaving in the oven until the mold has cooled to 50 ° C.

Pasveria 16,2 g. gintaro vienai presformai. Šią gintaro dozę supila į presformos puansono kiaurymę. Puansoną Įstato i pripiltą gintaro presformos kiaurymę. Example of a method application. During preparation of the amber raw material, it is polished in a drum dry for 150 minutes, rinsed with water, dried and flashed in solution for 75 minutes consisting of 20% alcohol, at least 93 °, 20% butyl acetate or ethyl acetate and 60% toluene. Cleans the husk in a drum with metal brushes, separates it from the dust and separates it from a fine fraction. Rinse again with the above solution for 5 minutes, dry, rinse with water, sift the fine fraction, re-select and sift by color. The amber raw material thus prepared and graded shall be weighed by means of scales. Weighs 16.2 g. amber per mold. This dose of amber is poured into the hole of the punch mold. Inserts a Poisson into a filled amber mold hole. The mold is transferred to the furnace and sealed. It places the thermocouple in the mold and adjusts and turns the oven on. The mold is heated to a maximum of 240 ° C. Deviations from this temperature can lead to a negative result, since overheated amber loses its biological properties, due to its reduced viscosity it disappears through the edges of the mold, and unheated amber stays in the crystalline state and does not form. and places it in a hydraulic press. After pressing the mold, the amber mass through the touch system fills the forming cavities. When the press is turned on and operating at a pressure of 6.5 t / cm 2 , the pressed die is tightened with a special tensioner to maintain the pressure in the die. After 3 minutes, remove the mold from the press and place it in the oven. Tightly closed and heated to 240 ° C for 25 minutes.

When the oven is switched off, it naturally cools down to 50 ° C. 6 pieces of amber beads with a diameter of 16 mm (total weight 14.4 g) are removed from the mold. Amber products can be formed by direct molding, when hot pieces of amber are directly pressed into the desired product or by molding, when hot amber enters the molding zones and reaches the desired shape through the touch system. The advantage of tactile molding is the availability of complex shapes.

Lyginant su prototipu, šiuo būdu pagaminti gintaro dirbiniai pasižymi geresne kokybe, t.y. nepraranda natūralios spalvos ir struktūros.Compared to the prototype, the amber articles produced in this way have a higher quality, i.e. does not lose its natural color and structure.
