Abstract

본 발명은 인쇄 회로 배선판의 인쇄장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 저면에 위치된 인쇄 회로 배선판에 소정 패턴의 배선을 인쇄할 수 있도록 크림 솔더가 투과되는 마스크부를 가진 프레임과, 상기 마스크 상에 위치된 크림 솔더에 압력을 가하는 스퀴지가 구비된 인쇄 회로 배선판의 인쇄장치에 있어서, 상기 스퀴지는 외주면에 다수의 모서리부가 형성됨과 동시에 각 모서리부의 사이에는 크림 솔더를 롤링하는 다수의 롤링부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명에서는 크림 솔더에 압력을 가하여 인쇄 회로 배선판상에 소정 형상의 배선을 인쇄하는 스퀴지가 종래 보다 현저하게 많은 개수의 모서리부를 가짐에 따라 스퀴지의 수명이 더욱 연장될 뿐만 아니라 인쇄시 크림 솔더의 원활한 롤링에 의해 인쇄 시간 및 인쇄 품질을 향상시킬수 있는 등의 여러가지 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (3)

  1. 저면에 위치된 인쇄 회로 배선판에 소정 패턴의 배선을 인쇄할 수 있도록 크림 솔더가 투과되는 마스크부를 가진 프레임과, 상기 마스크 상에 위치된 크림 솔더에 압력을 가하는 스퀴지가 구비된 인쇄 회로 배선판의 인쇄장치에 있어서, 상기 스퀴지는 외주면에 다수의 모서리부가 형성됨과 동시에 각 모서리부의 사이에는 크림 솔더를 롤링하는 다수의 롤링부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 회로 배선판의 인쇄장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스퀴지는 적어도 4개 이상의 모서리부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 회로 배선판의 인쇄장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스퀴지는 "+"자 형상으로 이루어지고 4개의 모서리부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로배선판의 인쇄장치.
