Abstract
본 발명은 디스플레이 장치에 적합한 색보정 특성계수를 결정하는 방법 및 그에 적합한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 방법은 임의의 색보정 특성계수에 따라 색보정된 제1영상신호를 상기 디스플레이 장치를 통하여 디스플레이하는 단계; 상기 디스플레이 장치를 통하여 디스플레이된 영상에 근거한 제2영상신호를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 제1영상신호와 상기 제2영상신호를 비교하여 양자의 특성이 동등하게 되는 색특성계수를 획득하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 특정 컬러 텔레비젼 수신기에 적합한 특성계수 값을 용이하게 추출하여, 추출된 특성계수값에 의해 즉시 구현되는 최적의 영상신호를 시청할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.The present invention relates to a method for determining a color correction characteristic coefficient suitable for a display device and a device suitable therefor, the method comprising: displaying through the display apparatus a first image signal that is color corrected according to an arbitrary color correction characteristic coefficient; ; Acquiring a second image signal based on the image displayed through the display device; And comparing the first image signal with the second image signal to obtain a color characteristic coefficient in which both characteristics are equal.
