Abstract
본 발명은 광픽업용 액츄에이터의 구동코일 형태와 영구자석의 착자패턴을 개선하여 액츄에이터 주위의 공간활용성을 증대시킴에 의해서 광픽업 장치의 박형화가 이루어지도록 한 것이다.The present invention is to reduce the optical pickup device by improving the shape of the drive coil of the optical pickup actuator and the magnetization pattern of the permanent magnet to increase the space utilization around the actuator.
본 발명의 광픽업용 액츄에이터는 보빈의 전후면에 동일형상의 적충체로 이루어진 트랙킹 코일과 포커싱 코일을 설치하는 한편 이들 코일과 대향하는 위치에 설치되는 직사각형 영구자석의 착차패턴이 상하 단부중 어느 한 중심으로부터 반대편의 양측 모서리를 향하는 분할선에 의해 얻어진 세 분할영역중 중앙부와 양측 두영역간에 서로 다른 극성으로 이루어지도록 한 구조로 이루어져 있다.In the optical pick-up actuator of the present invention, a tracking coil and a focusing coil made of a same-shaped red worm are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the bobbin, and a landing pattern of a rectangular permanent magnet installed at a position opposite to these coils is one of the upper and lower ends.
