Abstract

본 발명은 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급 장치에 관한 것으로, 내부가 비어 있는 원통상의 오일 공급관(31)과, 상기 오일 공급관(31)의 오일 흡입측에 설치되어 오일을 안내하는 오일 안내관(32)과, 상기 오일 안내관(32)의 외부에 세트의 진동으로 직선 왕복 이동이 가능하도록 결합되어 오일 안내관(32)으로 유입되는 오일을 오일 토출측으로 토출시키는 질량체 겸 오일 밸브(33)와, 상기 질량체 겸 오일 밸브(33)와 상기 오일 안내관(32)의 타측벽 사이에 개재되어 상기 질량체 겸 오일 밸브(33)를 탄력적으로 지지하는 압축 코일 스프링 등의 탄성부재(34)로 구성되어 있어 질량체와 오일 흡토출 밸브를 일체로 형성하며, 이를 지지하는 탄성부재도 하나를 사용하여 오일의 공급이 이루어지도록 한 것으로 구조가 간소화되고, 오일의 공급 동작도 원활하게 이루어지도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부가 비어 있는 원통상의 오일 공급관과, 상기 오일 공급관의 오일 흡입측에 설치되어 오일을 안내하는 오일 안내관과, 상기 오일 안내관의 외부에 세트의 진동으로 직선 왕복 이동이 가능하도록 결합되어 오일 안내관으로 유입되는 오일을 오일 토출측으로 토출시키는 질량체 겸 오일 밸브와, 상기 질량체 겸 오일 밸브와 상기 오일 안내관의 타측벽 사이에 개재되어 상기 질량체 겸 오일 밸배를 탄력적으로 지지하는 압축 코일 스프링 등의 탄성부재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질량체 겸 오일 밸브에는 오일 안내관의 오일 유로와 연통되는 오일 통과홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 오일 공급 장치.
