Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 정역회전하는 회전날개에 이와 별개로 정역회전하는 세탁봉을 설치하여 세탁성능을 향상시키는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁기는 수조(200)의 하부에 고정자(610)를 설치하고 이것과 상호작용하여 정역회전하며 그 단부가 회전날개(400)와 결합된 회전자(620)를 구성하여 회전날개(400)를 정역회전하여 세탁수류를 형성하며, 또한, 이 고정자(610)의 내부에는 세탁봉(430)와 축(500)결합되고 회전자(620)와 반대방향으로 회전하는 보조회전자(630)를 배치함으로써, 회전날개(400)와 세탁봉(430)은 서로 반대방향으로 회전할 수 있도록 구성하였다.
따라서, 피세탁물은 서로 어긋나게 회전하는 회전날개(400)및 세탁봉(430)과 마찰함으로써, 세탁기의 세탁성능이 향상되는 잇점이 있다.

제1도는 일반적인 세탁기의 내부구성을 보인 단면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 세탁기의 내부구성을 개략적으로 보인 단면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 회전날개와 세탁봉의 구동부를 보인 확대 단면도이다 .

Claims (2)

  1. 그 내부에 세탁조(300)가 마련된 본체(100), 상기 세탁조(300)의 저부에 마련되어 세탁수류를 형성하는 회전날개(400), 상기 회전날개(400)의 중심부위에 상부로 돌출되어 회전가능한 세탁봉(430), 상기 세탁조(300)의 외부에 마련되어 자장을 형성하는 통형상의 고정자(610), 상기 고정자(610)의 외부에 설치되어 상기 고정자(610)와의 상호작용으로 회전하여 상기 회전날개(400)를 구동하는 통형상의 회전자(620), 상기 고정자(610)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 고정자(610)와의 상호작용으로 회전하여 상기 세탁봉(430)을 구동하는 보조회전자(630)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자(620)와 상기 보조회전자(630)는 상기 회전날개(400)와 상기 세탁봉(430)이 역방향 회전하도록 서로 역방향으로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
