본 발명은 양 측면에 원호상의 안치요홈이 병설되고 이에 베어링 역할을 하느 초경합금의 환봉상의 리니어 샤프트를 각각 식설하여 평행하게 배설한 가이드레일과, 상기 가이드레일상에 환봉상의 리니어 샤프트와 같은 경도의 초경합금으로된 이송로울러를 착설한 케리어 브럭을 구비하여 케리어 브럭 이동시 케리어 브럭의 이송로울러가 가이드레일 양측에 배설된 환봉상의 리니어 샤프트를 따라 점접촉방식으로 구름작동하게하여 작동시 접촉마찰저항에 따른 마모현상과 이에 따른 편하중접촉현상을 최대한 억제하여 소음이나 진동을 제거할 수 있도록 하여 별도의 윤활유 주입 등의 부가적인 구성을 요하지 않고 정숙작동과 아울러 정밀하고 정확한 위치제어를 할 수 있도록 하여 정확성과 정밀성을 요하는 각종 자동화 산업기계 또는 로봇 등에 간편히 설치하여 유효히 적용시킬 수 있으며, 또한 가이드 레일과 케리어브록의 접촉부위를 최소로 하고 이의 접촉부위인 리니어 샤프트와 이송로울러의 외주면만을 강도가 높은 초경합금으로의 가공이 가능하게 하여 기계적인 중량을 보다 경량화하여 생산 가공을 극히 용이하게 수행할 수 있게 하여 염가로 내구성과 내마모성이 우수한 정밀 리니어 이송장치를 대략 생산, 제공할 수 있으며, 작동시 접촉 저항에 따른 마찰열이나 소음발생을 완벽하게 제거하여 별도의 냉각이나 윤활유등이 요구하지 않는 이용한 리니어 이송장치에 관한 것이다.According to the present invention, a guide rail is formed by arranging an annular linear shaft of a cemented carbide, which has a circular arc on both sides thereof, and serves as a bearing.
