Abstract

생물학적 액체물질을 포장하기 위한 봉지는 함께 용접되는 두개의 열가소성 재료필름으로 만들어진다. 이용접부는 주머니를 경계 지워준다. 주입 통로가 주머니의 꼭대기에 연결되어 있다. 열가소성 재료필름 중 하나는 꼭대기에 박리가능한 영역을 가지고 있다. 박리가능한 영역은 왁스를 함유하고 있다. 주입후에, 봉지는 이것의 축에 횡단으로 통로의 꼭대기 부근의 박리가능한 영역 안쪽의 봉합면에서 봉합된다. 봉지는 두개의 열가소성 재료물질을 수동으로 분리함으로써 어떤 절단 도구를 사용함이 없이 요구되는 영역에서 쉽게 개봉될 수 있다. 따라서 봉지의 통로로 프로브의 삽입에 대한 긍정적 가이드가 보장된다.

캐뉼러 튜브 및 프로브의 삽입을 위한 박리가능한 개구를 가지고 있는 생물학적 액체 물질을 포장하기 위한 봉지

제1도는 봉지 스트립으로부터 추출되는 봉합되지 않은 봉지의 단면도.

제3도는 다양한 형태의 봉합면을 가지는 봉합된 봉지의 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 주머니와 주머니의 꼭대기에 연결된 필러통로를 경계지워주는 용접부에 의해 함께 용접된 두개의 열가소성 재료 필름으로 이루어진 생물학적 액체물질을 포장하기 위한 봉지에 있어서, 상기 두개의 열가소성 재료 필름중 적어도 하나는 상기 주머니의 꼭대기에 박리가능한 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리가능한 영역은 봉합 및 박리가능한 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 봉합 및 박리가능한 재료가 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러통로는 플레이어로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 열가소성 재료필름은 상기 주머니의 꼭대기에서 서로 상대적으로 오프세트인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 오프세트는 대략 2mm 내지 3mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 생물학적 액체물질을 함유하며 봉지의 축에 실제적으로 횡단으로 상기 통로의 꼭대기 부근의 상기 박리가능한 영역내의 봉합면에서 봉합된 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 봉합면은 삼각형의 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 봉합면은 역 V자형 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생물학적 액체물질은 인공수정을 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 인공수정을 위한 상기 생물학적 액체물질은 동물정액, 배지 및 회석제로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉지.
